I don’t normally review on Amazon but felt with this purchase I had to. I purchased these necklaces for my best friend and I. I expected a little box and that was it. This product was packaged with so much care and love, I was blown away. From the moment you open the shipping package you can tell so much work went into making sure everything was perfect. There are cute packaging stickers and personal touches all over the place. The necklaces came with a really nice gift bag and card for you to write a little note on. The jewelry itself is gorgeous. Very well made and good quality. There are instructions for care and even a cleaning cloth. They also included anti-tarnish bags to store the jewelry in, something I didn’t even know existed. I was so impressed with this seller, I will absolutely be purchasing from them again!

Necklace was exactly as expected plus more. It comes beautifully packaged with accessories. It had instructions and notes for warranty purposes and if you perhaps need it shorter or longer they will adjust it for you. Also had cute little cleaning supplies that came with it. I am 100% satisfied with my order. I definitely wasn't expecting as much since I was ordering through amazon and not the company directly but it still was with the company directly just not through there site. She handled my order with care and checked up on our order to make sure it was received and special instructions for when I received it on how it would be packaged which was nice.-April

I loved the necklace set and it was a perfect gift for sharing with a dear friend who will be moving to another country. I accidentally received an incorrect necklace length, but Efy went out of her way to provide excellent customer service to have a replacement sent immediately, and I LOVE it! I highly recommend this product and seller!

I really like the necklace and I did keep it, however I was surprised that the arrow was as small as it is. I thought that it would be longer. Its only about a half an inch long. And it is as narrow as the rest of the chain. It did grow on me, so I did decide to keep it. Just a heads up
