Absolutely stunning!
Love this wall paper! It's a little tricky putting up long pieces when they are wet without tares. I used this in my bathroom and I love it!

Beautiful Results but Easily Damaged and not for Everybody.
This is 3D textured wall paper that has a rubber foam-like consistency. I painted mine Burgandy, using interior eggshell finish but it would look good using a flat finish too. I would not recommend people w/children or even people w/cats to use this wallpaper because it is easily damaged. Even responsible mellow adults can create gashes and tears in the foam-like wallpaper surface and there's really no solution for a repair other than to replace and repaint. For example, after I was done wrapping Christmas presents last year I gathered up all the rolls of wrapping paper to carry into the garage and accidently rammed the end of the longest roll into the wallpaper as I was turning a corner and it created a 1 1/2" gash in the wallpaper. Underneath the Burgandy paint was the original white 'foam'. The only thing I could do was paint the white part Burgandy. Gash is still visible and it's located just below shoulder level on me. I have to look at it several times a day as I turn that corner. That said, if you can keep the wallpaper safe from accidents or rough housing, it's beautiful and rich looking and accepts paint extremely well.

beautiful design, easy to use!!!
I used this wallpaper to makeover this plain, old baker's rack my mom sets her plants on. As you can see the difference is night and day... The design is beautiful and the paper is so easy to use... It's quite thick and soft but not so soft that it turns delicate on you after you wet it. I think most people soak their prepasted paper, I found misting it with my water bottle was plenty. I didn't get awesome adhesion with it alone but my surface was very slick plus, again, there will be plants sitting on it so I used wallpaper paste and several coats of polyacrylic over my paints and waxes for insurance. I'm quite obsessed now, trying to decide what to use it on next. If you're considering this paper, this design in particular, get it!! You'll love it. My mother LOVES her 'new' baker's rack...

Beautiful End Product, Needs Better Instructions
We used this in our guest bathroom and on our wall on our stairway. I absolutely love the end product, however installation was a bit of a challenge. The directions have you soak large pieces of the paper in a tub, however this made it heavy causing stretching and a small tear. Also it made a huge mess, as there is so much adhesive on the back, and being so wet it all spurted out the sides. Gobs and gobs of it. After a little practice, we instead used a spray bottle to spray the back of the paper as we installed it, you also need to spray the front as you are smoothing down. This really worked and I recommend highly over the soaking. Wait a day for it to dry before painting. It will take a couple coats as it's hard to cover it all with the texture. In the end it looks so high end and beautiful and we get lots of compliments on it.

Very pretty wallpaper
I bought this from Amazon a few months ago because I wanted a paintable wallpaper to cover some uneven walls. It looks lovely on the walls once painted. The pattern is subtle and has a Victorian feel--perfect for my vintage home. One thing I'd suggest though is to use extra wallpaper paste. Loew's has a paste made especially for pre-pasted paper. I didn't use it exactly as directed though. I first soaked the wallpaper to activate the paste that's on it, then spread the Loew's paste on the wall. This not only gave better adhesion, but allowed me to move the paper around a bit until it was perfectly positioned.Caveats: the paper does tear easily when wet and is easier to handle if you have two people working together. It says to let it "book" for longer than necessary. Five minutes should do it.

Not really vinyl
This is now hanging in my dining room and looks good. I did not paint it. But the wallpaper hanger pointed out that it is REALLY thin and papery. In fact, after a closer look, not really sure how they can say it has any vinyl to it at all. As soon as it was wet with paste, it ripped easily. He said that if this paper was not going to be treated carefully (like if you have kids, pets, etc.) then it really should be painted. It does not seem tough like the other vinyl paper I have and I am concerned about cleaning it in the future.

Absolutely beautiful!
This wallpaper is beautiful. Like other people had indicated, it is very delicate once it's wet. I didn't soak the paper for any length of time. I wet the pieces, folded them in half (glue sides together) and let them sit for 7 - 8 minutes. This activated the glue. It was then very simple to apply the wallpaper. Since I was using it on furniture, most of my pieces were relatively small. If you need to trim the paper, wait at least 24 hours until the paper is VERY dry or it will rip. There's definitely some trial and error involved. Practice a bit on a section that won't be seen. Take your time and work slowly. The results will be beautiful and worth the work!

I get so many compliments!
I did a cupboard for our laundry room in this (i'll have to upload a few photos) I didn't even paint it all the way. Teal and Gray. I applied this to the front of the cupboard doors (lining it with molding) then on the back/inside. I lightly painted it to give it a little bit of a rustic feel. I was expecting to paint it completely.I would MAKE SURE YOU HAVE SHARP KNIFE/SCISSORS WHEN CUTTING! Otherwise it tears and balls up!This also stretches some when it is put on, so my original cut was needing re-cut once applying it. That is ok though, better than shrinking! :)I get compliments on this ALL THE TIME. It's a great product and easy to apply/use!!!

Beautiful, easy to apply
Absolutely beautiful wallpaper. I had read prior reviews that said it was very rippable when wet. I sprayed the first strip with a spray bottle. And left it for a night to see how well it would stick, it did not stick well. I then chose to do the usual method of wallpapering by dipping the full strip into the water. All you need to do is be careful when lifting it that it does not tear, it was much easier to apply and stuck well that way. I made sure to cut everything prior to getting wet. I allowed the wallpaper to cure for a day, and then painted it. It is very textured wallpaper so you will need to go over the paint with a paint brush to get all the textured area as well. Absolutely beautiful, would completely recommend. Great value for price.

Beautiful but not rips easy
Tears easy. Do not try to cut when wet. Need to silicone edges to create a professional appearance. A bit uneven for matching seams.Beautiful when done but get an extra roll or two

Damask paintable pre-pasted wallpaper
Great wallpaper quality. Some reviewers complained that the paper they received did not have paste on it. These 3 rolls were fully pasted, in fact, the paste was abundant. Covers beautifully but it is not for the novice. This paper will grip the wall where it touches, so be sure that when you are ready to apply it to the wall, you have it lined up exactly where you wish it to go. I have been hanging wallpaper for many years and this was one of the best pre-pasted damask papers I've ever used. Just don't tug on it or it will rip. When I paper I use two rolls simultaneously to avoid waste. It said this didn't need matching but it certainly does, or the pattern makes no sense. It isn't difficult to do that using two rolls at a time. I was very pleased with the results and don't intend to paint it as I like the white with the navy accessories. If you haven't wallpapered before, it may be best to not start with this type of paper. Overall, I was very pleased with the outcome.

Walpaper Nightmare
Bought this wallpaper to cover glass doors and then paint. It does not adhere. Glue is uneven. Difficult to put up. Makes bubbles everywhere. I had read all the other reviews. Some recommended spraying instead of soaking because it tears easily. Spraying, soaking, it doesn’t matter. It tears. Once my husband finally got it installed. We waited a day before attempting to paint it. Well…what a nightmare. It bubbled up everywhere and if you tried to smooth out the bubbles, it would tear. My husband had to pull everything off. Clean the glass. It’s not because you can’t wallpaper glass, we’ve done it before very successfully. We do NOT recommend this wallpaper to anyone. Total wate of time and money. The damask pattern on the wallpaper is however quite pretty.
