ProBody Pilates Fitness Ring – 14 Inch Pilates Ring for Focusing on Toning Inner Thighs, Arms, and Core

My physical therapist introduced me to this exercising piece. I found it online at Amazon & began practicing at home. It is not expensive, good price and it works. It helps with your inner thigh muscles, as well as other muscles. Plus you will feel the difference as you continue to practice. I completed 3 sets of tens on using between my knees for resistance 3 times at week. As it got easier, I increased to 4 sets of ten. The loop is just like new, it's sturdy. It comes with a pamphlet to introduce you to more exercises. Yes it is worth the purchase. Even my PT could notice I was practicing at home because I got better. Try it out...you won't be sorry!

It’s really easy to use and the intensity is weak for legs. For inner thighs it’s too easy and there’s no way of changing the intensity.

This is a great Pilates Ring! It has great cushion around the circle and on the pads. I would definitely recommend!

ブラックがどこを探しても在庫がなく、ここがラスト1個だったので、流通している値段の倍近い値段（日本の定価？）で購入到着した商品確認すると、リング部の至る所に写真のような凹みキズがありましたリング表面の材質的に、物と形状にも戻りそうにない為、返品また、開封時、プチプチの袋に接着剤のはみ出た部分がくっついていました品質もあまり高いとは言えないと思います楽しみにしていただけに、非常に残念です

以前買ったリングを、家で数年つかってきましたが、へたってきたので、購入しました。見た目は、同じでも、金額の違うリングが、たくさんあるので、まよいました。届いてわかりました。少し高いですが、作りがしっかりしていて、質がいいので、以前のものより、長持ちししうです。家でのピラティスには、かかせません。
