Q: What are the size & thread of the screws?

10-32x .75 works well. Make sure to use a washer too

Q: I'm seeing that some have said it DOESN"T come with screws but it says that it DOES in the description. I want to rack 3 routers/3 switches.

I agree with everyone else. Mine came with screws. Also, I was skeptical about mounting C brand networking equipment on this rack. Don't be concerned with that. The rack is very sturdy.

Q: Anyone figure out a way to do vertical cable management?

I put a 4" bar FS LBP-4A (L-Shaped Horizontal Cable Lacer Bar with Angled 4”) and also the same bar in 2".
