Great for the money. I bought this for when the S H T F and I believe it will serve me well for that purpose and at a decent price.

Rarely do I ever write a negative review on a product. Yet here we are! I was hoping to find a Christian perspective on herbalism and other alternative methods to create and sustain a healthy life. I was very disappointed to read what what was a very biased Christian version of why we don’t need to practice alternative medicine techniques. Apparently it’s not very Christlike to use what God gave us as medicine unless it had undergone synthetic modifications and is approved by the FDA…..I’m returning this was not what I wanted and if you’re looking for alternative medicines this is not the book. Don’t waste your time or money.

I enjoyed this book and am still referring back to it. Would highly recommend it. Very informative and helpful for good health.

Every christian who is interested in alternative medicine should own this book.Very helpful indeed. I highly recommend this book.
