I had read the reviews before purchasing it, so I decided to purchase one size up and thank God I did because it fits amazing! The material is light not too hot but not see-through, either and it’s not crappy material. just like other reviews mentioned the little neck area does fit a little flimsy but a little stitch here and there fixes it right up. Overall really beautiful dress. Definitely recommend purchasing it.

I like this dress a lot, and it looked good on me. I got it in white for a Yuletide event, and plan to wear it in the future at Renn Faires. I am 5'4", a size 6, and the medium fit well (although if you have a big bust, you'll probably want to size up). It was not too see-through, although I would not wear a black bra with it. It hits the floor at my height.As many of the reviews noted, the neckline is fitted oddly. The waist and chest areas are normal size; then the upper back widens out, as if for someone with truly giant shoulders. I ended up folding the excess material over and pinning it on the inside. This made it work fine, and was not too noticeable from the outside - it looks like just another seam.It was challenging to iron - but I put the iron on the silk setting and misted the wrinkly areas with water, and it ironed out okay. As it was being worn, it did not re-wrinkle too badly.All in all, I like it a lot!

Overall I loved this dress. It was soft, lightweight and not to long. The sleeves are very long, but I was expecting that in the picture.I know you aren't supposed to machine wash, but after the event I washed it on the delicate cycle, and did not have any issues.The main issue was steaming out all the wrinkles from when it came out of the package. So be prepared to do that as you can even see some of the wrinkles still on the dress when I'm wearing it.I'm 5' 3" and almost 200 LBS and I ordered the 2X and it worked perfectly. I normally wear an XL, but based on the description I went to 2X to be safe and it was perfect.

This is a great dress for a renaissance fair or costume party. The quality is not high, but it gets the job done! Not heavy material, so very breathable in warmer weather. Color is as expected in preview photos. Fun dress and comfortable

Bought the "deep green" (dark teal) with black ribbon trim and white "underlay" for my daughter for a camp dress-up theme. I was leery to buy online because ad pictures don't always match up to reality. After looking at other posted pictures, I went for it. I'm so glad! It is exactly as pictured and was perfect for what she wanted. Perfect fit on the waistline, adjustable back straps helped with torso fitting, perfect color. (She's 5'7", 140lbs, bought size small). The only improvement that could be made is to make the "outer" dress overlay the white a little so it looks like layers. But, at this price point, it was perfect.

I got this when it was only $14 and that was a steal! They do run big, but the quality is great.

Amazon delivered it in a clear plastic bag- that’ was the first thing that bothered me. 2nd, while the color is a rich purple, it is ill fitting, thin, cheap material for how much it cost. The ribbon /belt was a cheap yellow material- it looked gold in the picture. I hope I’ll be able to get the wrinkles out. It will work for my 11 year old who just needed it for a quick costume for an after school party. She definitely won’t be wearing it for Halloween. So disappointed.

The color is beautiful and accurate. I'm 5'4" and without shoes it just touches the floor. Perfect length. The only complaint is the collar is odd and doesn't lay flat around my neck/back. Maybe when I iron it will be better. I like how adjustable it is and that it is one piece which was attractive when purchasing. The side zipper is pointless. Feels comfortable to wear. Doesn't feel extremely cheap. Will update with pics from when I actually wear it to the Renaissance Faire.UPDATE: Was a hit at the Faire. Didn't see anyone else with this outfit. Got our pics taken a couple times and a dozen compliments. It was very comfy and my only complaint is the collar being ill fitting and the wrinkles were a nightmare to iron.
