Good quality power distribution unit for a server rack
Works well. Was easy to install - has button mount on the back, so just adjust with the holes on the rack side panel and push it down to set or push it up to take it out. Was handy since it was in place when I needed to mount more server hardware, so I just took it off while existing devices were connected to it, laid it on the floor and once additional servers were mounted simply set it back on the rack side panel. Has a safety cover for on/off switch - a must have for it's purpose! Usage amp on LCD is clear and visible - important when your power is metered and you don't want to go over the allowed limit. Has pretty long power cord that easily reaches the outlets under the raised floor at the datacenter.

Great Product
I absolutely hate spending $200 or more on a PDU for a server rack. These work as well or better and are significantly lower in price. The amperage meter is correct and the units work great. My only wish is that they offer one in this price range with a 3' power cable. FYI: These are comparable to units from APC, Dell and HP that cost $300 or more.BillH

High Quality
Extremely high quality and safely constructed power strip with a power meter as a plus. Expensive, but when dealing with 20Amps and high current it's best to not risk it with cheap gear.

Perfect for setting up colocation/data center
Can't go wrong with this PDU. Very easy to install/mount, comes in with standard twist lock plugs (varies by AMP) and option to connect with adapter for standard 3 prong. The AMP/load meter display works excellent to determine the current load.I've used this PDU for almost all the colocation/data centers that i have setup.Good price and well built.

Good product, poor mounting instructions
This is a solid PDU, and more inexpensive than the vast majority of comparable products. I took off a star because the included instructions for mounting are poor and don't seem to match the product, which was made all the more confusing by the large number of bits and pieces apparently included for different mounting options. If you're mounting this on a server rack and plugging into a UPS within the same rack you'll have a lot of extra cable to wrangle since it has a 15' power cord, but better to have too much than too little. As far as size goes, this is about as tall as the 36U height of my open frame rack. The LED power consumption readout is definitely handy, as is the clear plastic box protecting the main power switch from accidentally being toggled.

Great PDU.
Used this for our SR42UB. The quick connects were great to snap right on the back of our rack. No tools required. The included cable management rail worked great to keep all the cables in one nice tight bundle. Amp rating helps ensure you don't pop a breaker and take down your infrastructure. No off switch is an added plus for people who are accident prone.

PDU was fine, but not all parts provided
The PDU is as advertised, but the accessories the item was supposed to come with were incomplete: a mounting clip and some other mounting hardware were missing. As it turned out, the item doesn't actually fit in my rack (I have the Tripp-Lite 24U rack, so this is just slightly too long). That isn't the seller's fault -- I didn't verify the information before purchase. When I contacted the seller to ask about a refund, I was told they would charge me 20-50% of the purchase price as a restocking fee, in addition to the $30 I'd have to pay to ship the item back.I don't generally write reviews, but wanted other potential purchasers to know the details of my experience so you can make an informed choice about doing business with these folks.
