Sound quality is good, people can hear what I'm saying and it's very comfortable! I work in a 911 center wearing it 12hrs ayy a time. Highly recommend

easy to hook up and use. I had to purchase my own if i wanted one and this one worked perfect on the Polycom phone. I could stay working and answer questions as needed. you can adjust it from right ear and left if need be microphone is in a good length for people on the line to hear you.

The media could not be loaded. I have the digium D40 phone and it took my 2 seconds to plug and and work! The sound is super clear. People say they can hear me very well.

Sometimes this device does not allow audio out, I am not sure why. Sometimes the audio in is not clear.

I bought this for my job; I'm a supervisor at a call center, and I have to take a few calls from time to time. The connector for the headset is the standard quick-disconnect, and it comes with an adapter to plug into your office phone. Always nice to have an extra one laying around.This headset is no different than the basic (typically Plantronics brand) ones they hand out at call centers. It has no volume control for your mic, so you'll have to physically put the mic closer to your mouth for the people that say they can't hear you. The volume control for the earpiece is going to be on your phone - it's wired, so you can't go too far from your desk anyway.Sound quality is like any other headset or handset. I can't speak for the quality of the mic, but I've only had one out of a dozen or so callers say they can't hear me.

Terrible, I can’t use these after 2 days a extremely loud buzzing noise was on ever call smh do not buy ****Update******: customer service very good contacted me and sent me new headphones and received a full refund so far there is no buzzing sound. Thank you!
