Campbell's Cooking Sauces, Spicy Thai Curry, 11 Oz Pouch (Case of 6)

This Thai green curry is delicious and allow us to whip up a great dinner quickly and nutritiously. We use chicken, steak strips or scallops that have been pan seared then added to the sauce along with snap peas, cauliflower, peppers or just about any veggie you enjoy. Steam them for a few minuted to just crunchy/soft then add them to the sauce along with the meat of choice and heat on low medium for 15 minutes. Serve over rice that has had a light sprinkle of sweet vinegar in a warm bowl. Really delicious. enjoy.

Easy to use, tastes great on rice

This is my favorite of the Campbell cooking sauces. Super easy to use, just cut up a pound (or more) of chicken, brown it in a skillet, and the sauce and simmer for five minutes. Very flavorful with just a little kick.

I bought this first from the grocery store because I absolutely love Thai curry. I had my doubts that it would taste anything like actual delivered Thai food, but I was very pleasantly surprised. It's not exactly the same, but for the price and convenience, it's darn close. I used a package of extra firm tofu, cut into cubes and pan fried. Then I added some matchstick carrots, stir fried a few minutes, then finally some baby spinach, stir fried about 30 seconds, then finally the sauce. I served it over jasmine rice that I had cooked in the meantime. Absolutely delicious! I was thrilled to find this product available on Amazon for about 30 percent less than the grocery store price. The expiration date is seven months away, so I will have absolutely no problem using it in time.

Good product but when I received it, the count was short. Product says 6 packs and only received 5 especially for the price paid! Plus, no way to contact anyone about missing count.

I'm hoping that Campbell's never gets rid of this flavor!!! This is my go to dish especially in the winter. Throw in some Minute Rice, cooked chicken, maybe make some cornbread. Either way, it's got the right amount of spicy zing!

We used to buy this at Target, it's been a favorite for YEARS in my house. It's been hard to find lately, thank goodness for Amazon. This is the closest I've found to Thai yellow curry that you order in restaurant, except a little thicker.

I first got this product in a grocery store, and since I love green thai curry, I decided to try it out. No, of course it's not as good as a green curry sauce you would get in a restaurant, but for something pre-made in a pouch, it's darned good, and super easy. Sadly, it is no longer available with the other flavors in my local store, so I was glad to see it online. I'm afraid the company may be discontinuing it, so get it while it's still available! if you like thai green chille, but don't want to go through the trouble of making it from scratch, this is a good option. not very spicy, but that's OK, since if I want it hotter I can always add some chille paste. but my family prefers a milder version, and this works well for them. After a day of work, I rarely want to spend time cooking, and this is so simple to add over chicken or shrimp and sever over rice. by the time the rice cooks, you can have a meal ready to go.
