Love it!
Love it... you won't be disappointed. The only fault I really have is that the handle could be a little sturdier but it's not a deterrent. I have only used it for loose leaf tea so far but it works great and the tea takes wonderful.

Highly recommended. User tested. Trusted product.
This product is America Test Kitchen recommended #1 product. I bought it, tried it, and I concur with the assessment and the recommendation. The good: The pitcher is oval shaped and can fit inside a refrigerator door compartment/bin. This saves space in the fridge not having to put this pitcher on the shelf--precious premium space saving. The lid turns to open and close the pitcher. You can shut it (tight seal) the pitcher and open it to pour, just like a coffee/juice carafe. The basket holding the fruit/infusing element(s) is large and deep. This allows sufficient amount of infusing element(s) to be put in all at once. A handle lifts the basket out without fuss. The pitcher can pour without removing the basket (anti-hassle). The tea steeping basket works the same. The freezable and reusable cooling stick works the same. Everything dishwasher safe. The bad: Not really.. could be $5 or $10 cheaper. As a total system, this kit is highly recommended (by me) and I am glad that America Test Kitchen concurred with what I am seeing independently. It is a good pitcher and the designs were correct/true to functional needs. Worth the money. You do pay about $5 or $10 more for this system than other systems out there. However, I'd go with the system that has been solidly tested and highly recommended by those who use a lot of it and often.Cheers!

Very tall but ok
First off this is a plastic pitcher. I haven't used the fruit infuser, but the tea infuser works fine and come through the dishwasher just fine. For making iced tea, I suggest using the infuser even if your tea is in bags as this pitcher is narrow in the mouth and it might be problematic fishing the bags out. I did freeze and attempt to use the chill insert, but I feel it doesn't provide enough cooling for the amount of liquid it displaces. I don't believe the product description gave it's physical dimensions, but it is quite tall and narrow (maybe 2-liter bottle size or taller). It in no way would fit on our regular shelves, but with some adjustments I made a place for it in the door. It might be dishwasher safe, but I doubt the carafe would fit in most of them.so far I have made two pitchers of tea with boiling water and adding ice and the pitcher has come through just fine. Keep in mind that it is quite tall and all plastic, and it might work for you.Update: my tea is in bags and the right number for a full pitcher of tea fill the tea/coffee infuser which doesn't let the hot water circulate through the bags properly. I use the fruit infuser insert and just drop the tea bags in that. That works well.

Perfect for making iced tea.
I bought this pitcher because several of my favorite teas are only available as loose leaf, but I prefer to drink them iced. The tea basket makes it a breeze to make iced tea, either with hot (not boiling) water or as a cold brew. I am also interested in trying cold brew coffee in it but have not done so yet. I was surprised that the chill core freezes so quickly. It froze solid in a regular freezer in under 20 minutes and made it much easier to chill the tea. I have not tried a fruit infusion yet, but the fruit basket looked like it would be great for sliced fruit. The openings aren't so large that it will let pieces of fruit into the water. I'm also very pleased with the size and shape of it, and how sturdy the lid/handle is. The pitcher is oblong and fits perfectly into the fridge door, which saves valuable space in the rest of the fridge. The only complaint I had at all is that the instruction manual is not as thorough as I would have liked, and it took me a little while to figure out the mechanics of the lid, stopper, and infuser core, but my wife figured it out just fine, so maybe I'm just not smart enough for it. :) It's fairly simple. In case anyone else is confused, the lid has to be on the pitcher, then you insert the core and twist it until it locks (all three cores have little flip-up handles to make this easier), and THEN put the stopper in and twist it to close it. Apparently I just needed a diagram!

Drinking more tea and less commercial sweet drinks thanks to this
Love this thing, it's helped me start drinking so much homebrewed iced tea (to wrangle my addiction to sugary commercial drinks) that I'll probably have to buy another just to keep up. Pitcher holds a lot and pours well, doesn't feel too fragile to knock around, I like the way the twisty lid works to keep everything contained while letting me pour and that it's BPA free. I don't use all the parts as intended though. The fruit infuser is better for filling with tea bags so the tea doesn't only steep on the bottom of the pitcher, but throughout the whole thing. The tea infuser is better for putting in small bits of fruit so that the pulp is filtered out (I really hate pulp) and I get nothing but fruity flavor, or some sugar when I crave sweet tea so that it melts into the tea slowly and doesn't all settle on the bottom. I haven't used the chill core yet because when I make tea I want to use the entire jug, not just as much as putting in the chill core allows. Great idea, but so far not something I need. Cleaning is no big deal, it's not an overly complicated contraption or anything. Overall, I enjoy this, it makes brewing tasty iced tea over the summer even easier, so that I'm easing further away from syrupy sodas and juices.

Great product but
Love the pitcher and the concept however the pitcher bottom is uneven so it wobbles some and it leaks when I pour. I kept it because it is usable

Great for iced tea
I have a pitcher for iced tea that I got from David’s Tea about 5 years ago. I wanted a second one to have 2 different types of iced teas in the fridge. David’s no longer carries my favourite pitcher so I ordered this one. When I received it I was pleasantly surprised to find that it is the same pitcher and accessories as my David’s Tea pitcher! Only difference is the color. They obviously last a long time, are not affected by using boiling water, do not stain or discolour. Sturdy handle and the oval shape fits nicely in the fridge door. I can make steeped ice tea or flavoured water/ drinks using the diffuser. The white peach sangria didn’t last long. Great buy.

A variety of flavouring options!
Have just started using this - it's very pretty, has a good volume and fits into the fridge really well leaving space for other items next to it. The thing I'm less impressed about is the lid/spout as it's very hard plastic and feels like it could break easily. However, that theory has not been proven so I'll wait and see and hope for the best! The diffuser inserts are great.
