50/50 camera / EDC
Writing this review after 2 months of use.First of all, this is one of the few backpacks that combines quick access to camera with the capability to carry some personal items.Pros:1. The camera compartment is spacious. With its origami dividers, it can easily store 5+ prime lenses.2. Comfortable padding on straps and back panel, chest straps and waist straps (removable)3. Aesthetically it just looks great and sporty, therefore, it’s not particularly obvious as a camera bag4. Sturdy durable material, can stand upright on its own.5. Great value for its price, compared to other brands such as peak design which is double the price.Cons:Honestly, really happy with this backpack. There are, however, some areas I wish they could improve on- the main divider between the top and camera compartment cannot be completely removed, making it less useful as a pure EDC backpack- for amateur photographer like myself, whilst I love the versatility of having quick access to my camera gears, I would like to have a slightly bigger compartment for storing personal items, especially as a father with a 6 year old son.- the zippers can be better, not sure if this is YKK, as Thule did not specify.Overall, I would recommend buying this if you are looking for a camera backpack with quick access that holds a lot of gears, but at the same time to have some capacity to store personal items (it is exactly 50/50).

Perfect bag for my needs, excellent materials and build quality, and highly functional
I've only been using this bag for about two months but it's accompanied me on many hikes and it's outstanding. It's comfortable, can carry a lot, stylish, and highly functional.I've read a bunch of complaints about the main compartment storage not being secure for their setup but I have to imagine that's a user issue because you can easily mold and change the velcro layout of the cushioned boxed. The flaps act as lids to each side... so four compartments for lenses plus the main area for your body and a long lens (even telephoto as long as the hood is reversed). The only time I ever feel movement is when I have a lens in the main camera body area. But it simply doesn't have to be there. What I carry inside my bag:Main compartment:- Sony A7III- Sigma 35mm f/1.4 DG HSM Art lens (usually left on my A7III with the hood in place)- Zeiss Batis 25mm f/2 Distagon T*- Sony/Zeiss 55mm Sonnar- Samyang 24mm f/2.8- two 67mm and two 49mm filter tin cases- lens cleaner, microfiber cloths, squeeze blower, camel hair brushTop compartment:- Sony A6000- Sony 16-50mm (attached to body)- Sony 55-210mm telephoto- weatherproof stretch jacket for bag- battery charger plus two batteries for A7III- battery charger plus two batteries for A6000- infrared remote controlSides compartments:- compact Manfrotto full-sized tripod- Altura mono-pod- liter water bottle

ALMOST perfect for travel
As a photographer with a bit of gear acquisition syndrome, I "needed" a new bag for a recent trip. I was flying to my destination and wanted a bag that was suitable for both travel and carrying my gear. I needed it to hold a couple of days’ essentials along with my camera equipment (2 bodies, 3 RF lenses: 24-70, 70-200, and 100-400).When I first opened this bag, I was unimpressed. The flap for accessing the camera section only zips open on the side, making it challenging to organize my gear in a way that was both accessible and convenient. I decided to keep this bag but also tried a few others (the Thule Chasm and WANDRD PRVKE). However, I ended up returning those because they also didn’t meet my needs. In hindsight, I’m glad I stuck with this one because, over the course of my trip, it impressed me.I'm giving this bag 4 out of 5 stars because, while the side access can be difficult to use at times—especially when you're trying to store too much in there—it worked well enough for my needs. For my trip, I attached a Peak Design clip to the shoulder strap to keep my main shooting body easily accessible, with the other camera body in the camera pouch. Accessing the camera pouch was relatively easy, even when keeping the bag on one shoulder. The real benefit of this bag, for me, was its versatility. As a dad of a toddler, this bag worked perfectly for day excursions, doubling as both a diaper bag and a camera bag. By the end of the trip, I was convinced that camera bags are better than dedicated diaper bags. The laptop compartment held the changing mat, the bottom section of the camera pouch was perfect for storing diapers (with the added bonus of extra camera cushioning), and the top compartment fit the wipes. Even with these dual functions, there was still enough room for rain jackets for both me and my kiddo.Overall, I can't give this bag 5 out of 5 stars because, to me, that would mean it’s perfect. However, I would solidly recommend this bag for the right situation.

Great DSLR pack!
Met my expectations for a good DSLR bag. I will say the compartments are a little smaller than I’d like, but it takes what I need. The laptop sleeve fits my 13” MacBook with lots of room to spare. This bag does not have an official water bladder compartment but I can fit one if I wanted to. Chest and mid straps keep the bag nice, snug and distributes weight pretty evenly. Wearing for hours isn’t really that uncomfortable. Great bag overall for the price, and it looks nice!
