In short: My son hasn't worn 12 month clothes since 7-8 months of age. He is currently 14.5 months and wearing 2T in almost every brand. I NEVER thought the 12-18 month size would fit him at 14.5 months, let alone be big! So yes, this item does run big. Like others have said, try the pants on first to save yourself the trouble of unpacking the entire set.Ordered 5/1 for 6/1 wedding. My son has always been large... we just went to the pediatrician this week so his most recent measurements are 24lb 11oz and 31" long. Like I said above he's 14.5 months and normally wears a 2T. Ordered the 18-24 month size first but it was HUGE, so we got the 12-18 month and I think it will be okay for the wedding in a month.

Quality is great for the price. Looks very nice. Order early to have time to try on and return if you need to. This does seem to run on the bigger side. Had to hem the pants 3”.waist was big as well.Size 2-3 purchase for an average size 2.4 year old boy.

True navy color, great set and perfect for a wedding! The pants are stretchy with an elastic waistband in the back. Fit great and good quality for the price. Wore it all day and no complaints from my son. Little bow tie was so cute that came with!

Got this for my Grandsons Baptism. Well made and just adorable!

My son is 2.5 years old and wears a 3T with a little room to grow. He’s tall and lean. I ordered both the 2T/3T size and the 3T/4T size to see which one would work best. The 2T/3T size jacket is short and wide and the pants are about an inch wider around the waste than the 3T/4T size. The 3T/4T size jacket is huge, while the pants fit better than the 2T/3T size because they are smaller which makes no sense since they are the bigger size! I’ll be returning both and looking for something better. Other than the size issues and cheap fabric, it is a really cute set!

Son was a ring bearer and hard to find a 2T suit. Good price and great quality.

Beautiful outfit well made and great sizing. My grandson is a tiny 5 year old and the outfit is sized 5-6. The little bit of extra room means Ben can grow into it. however he insists on wearing it to Daycare so I think we will be buying another in the near future

First off this suit is absolutely adorable. I got the black and I would be weary if light colors as the shirt is see through, but it doesn't matter with the black vest and jacket and it looks great. So cute!My son is large for his age, he is 2 and is 34" tall and weighs 31 pounds. He usually wears a 3/4T. I'm response to reviews I bought 12-24 months size and it fits perfectly! No room to grow but that's ok as the event is in two weeks and he will look incredible.
