Just as indicated from pictures and description. The two pen cups can be removed and placed on either side (or one on each side). As such, the clips that attach them to the organizer are pretty loose so the cups can slide a little bit but not a real problem unless you have them positioned somewhere you knock into them frequently, as you could knock them off entirely. I did deduct one star as the construction has a minor flaw. I am using the top area as a bookshelf to hold my planners and other "everyday" use books that I want quick access to. However, the mesh is not terribly firm and with the large single drawer placed on top (rather than the two small drawers) - the top sags noticeably under the "weight" of anything more than 2-3 A5 or smaller books/planners. This sagging does make the top drawer stick a little as the drawer frame catches on the sagging mesh. Unfortunately the drawers cannot just be flipped as the bottom level has a small divider in the middle to help the 2 drawers slot into place. Overall - great organizer and is meeting my needs. But the design could be better for more functional use.

This is a very nice organizer. The only thing I wish it had was a shelf under the big drawer. It has 3 bars for support instead. I was hoping to pull out the top drawer and have a shelf for papers instead, but I have to use the drawer. It works wonderfully as is though.

The media could not be loaded.  I had a pile on my desk of papers, mail and who knows what else. I desperately needed an organizer. This one fit the bill perfectly. It took about 5 minutes to put together, mainly because there are a lot of screws to get into place but I actually like the idea of the screws. Most organizers are snap into place and those fail or wobble after a while. This one is very sturdy and holds a butt load of stuff. It has a bottom drawer that can be removed completely, and it great for storing notepads, paper clips, and other office supplies. I'm very impressed and I love it !

I bought this to use the middle drawer for paper and it only comes out about an inch. It doesn’t come out all the way and I have to yank on it with force because the inside was made poorly. The bottom two drawers are fine, but the one I needed the most is stuck.

This fits nicely on my desk. Serves the purpose for which it was purchased.
