Works Great
The freezer works great. Lots of room. Would recommend the company to use flat head screws. The shelf clips can not be place in some slots because of the screws head will not let clips slide in. The hit the screw heads,

UPDATE-After my review I received a call from a representative and he stated they never received my email. The MINOR issue has been resolved and my freezer is happily cooling again. The customer service was fantastic and the representative has called SEVERAL times to ensure the freezer is still working! Great customer care! I would HIGHLY recommend the purchase of this item.I have used this freezer for a total of six months before it has broken down and I cannot get a return email!

Wrong color, and covered in dents and scratches
The freezer was white instead of stainless steel and was covered in dents and scratches both inside and out. The shelves were not strapped down and clearly bounced around inside it damaging the interior.

Damaged
Manufacturer packages them with hinge imperfections, which are sharp and children can be injured, same damage on both refrigerator and freezer

A little noise
It's not quite as a mouse and cycles about every 10 minutes. But it has been on and working just fine for several months now. We did eventually get used to the noise.

So far, works great!!!
Even though some damage occurred in the freight process and not the companies fault, they were quick to find a resolution that worked for both of us without having to replace unit. It has only been a week and more time will tell as to dependability over a long period of time. However, so far unit was delivered on time- works as described- Cooled to freezing temps quick -and looks GREAT in the front where no damage had been done. I WOULD NOT HAVE A PROBLEM PURCHASING FROM THIS COMPANY IN THE FUTURE-GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! PS- FREIGHT COMPANY GETS 3 STARS
