Love this little machine - it’s super quiet and does a great job with getting the dishes clean. Installation was a little tricky - getting it set at into the proper depth to align with the cabinets. The bottom, at the toe kick, is recessed about an inch back compared to the base cabinets, but honestly it’s not a big deal, and this could be remedied with a custom-thickness toe kick built-out to align with the cabinets. Also, at the depth that mine is set, to be flush with the countertop edge, it’s impossible to see the digital display to see how much time is left on the cycle, but also not a big deal - just listen for the beep that signals the cycle’s end. Overall, this is such a great, compact dishwasher for the price - it can’t be beat! It looks very sleek and modern. Very pleased after almost a year since installation.

Amazing little machine.It’s small. Perfect for our little kitchen. But space is well utilized, and it cleans as well as an expensive model. And more quite than my moms Bosch unit. Highly recommend. It feels very high quality, well built, and works very very well.

The dishwasher arrived in previously opened box (sealed with tape). It was missing installation parts that normally come with equipment (securing clips, etc.) which were mentioned in the instructions. Decided to try it nevertheless since we were expecting a tenant to move in. Run half a cycle, pump did not start and the water started overflowing through the door. Opted to return rather than to troubleshoot and hope for it to work.Otherwise the dishwasher looked nice and did fit well in the space we had. One would need an installation kit as it doesn't come with the dishwasher.Return was somewhat easy, though pick up time was set for 4 days later, so we had it in our way for 4 more days.I got a different dishwasher instead and while satisfied that i was able to return it, I am got stuck with two installation bills.

I read many reviews stating "item arrived damaged" but really liked the look of this dishwasher so we took the chance. Item arrived on time, and packaging look fine from the outside. After removing packaging it was obvious it was handled very well. Both upper corners of the door were damaged. I decided not to mess with the hassle of a full return, really wanted some form of partial credit but that doesn't appear to be an option. Installed the dishwasher, which was pretty straight forward. Very quiet operation, easy functionality control panel and holds a fair amount of dishes for an 18" unit. Will likely order a second unit(hopefully arrives undamaged) and put this one in the camper or shop.

Nice looking stainless. Holds so much more than my countertop dishwasher. I had a little trouble using the buttons at first but now I’ve got it. Dishes come out clean & dry (unless I’m just rinsing of course). I’m very happy with the purchase.

This is so quiet and really washes my dishes well. The installation instructions were missing when I purchased so hopefully they have corrected that. I gave it 5 stars because I do love it.I wish it was easier to load bowls though and it arrived damaged with a couple of dents but Amazon gave me a little off for thatOther than that it is perfect for me because I live in a small home and my kitchen and living room are one room. It doesn’t interfere at all with conversation or listening to TV.I am off grid solar and it is very efficient.

BE AWARE that the photos in the listing for this 18" Honeywell dishwasher ARE NOT of the actual product you will receive. Specifically, the configuration of the bottom rack is very different -- and for application / use the actual configuration is worse. I doubt I would have purchased this model if I knew the bottom rack is configured as it actually is.In the actual product, the rows of tines on the bottom rack are all angled at like 35 degrees -- with the six rows of tines on the right side pointing towards the right and tines on left side pointing toward the left. But the photo in the listing shows all of the tines on the bottom rack pointing straight up. The straight up configuration would make it MUCH EASIER to fit a few pots & pans in the bottom rack (laid down flat) in addition to some plates and bowls and such -- and of course, that 's what a load of dishes usually consists of if you're cooking for yourself. You could probably even get a few pots & pans, a few plates and bowls, AND fit the cutlery caddy in on the far right (or left) bottom -- as it's shown in this photo. I'm pretty sure that's going to be impossible with unit as it really is...which according to the illustration on the box the cutlery caddy is meant to sit in the MIDDLE of the bottom rack.This is already a narrower than normal dishwasher; that's the other reason I bought it, to preserve more of the lower cupboards in my small-ish kitchen. If this dishwasher was actually configured the way it's shown in the photos on Amazon, it would have met my needs...by handling a normal (light) load of dishes including some pots and pans. But as it ACTUALLY is, I'm skeptical this dishwasher will have enough capacity.Honeywell did refund me 25% of the price because of the discrepancy and my dissatisfaction. The dishwasher is still in the box (there's an illustration on the box of the unit's insides, that's how I learned what the configuration for the bottom rack actually is)...I'll probably install it in my kitchen (I have to cut the opening for it out of my existing cupboards) and try it. If in practice it can't hold a few pots & pans on the bottom rack plus some plates & bowls AND have the cutlery caddy all the way over on one side, it's getting returned.
