It is effective but the wheel is made of plastic. Hopefully it will last long. It will be perfect if it has a rubber around the wheel. But over all this thing does it’s job

It doesn't pick up tennis balls easily. It is even harder to get the balls out after you collect them. The issue is the wires are too thick and rigid. They don't move at all thus providing no flexibility when contacting the objects to be picked up. Same issue when you try to get the objects out: it is very difficult because you can only pull the tennis balls out one by one, slowing things down significantly and hurting your fingers maybe.Suggestion to manufacturer: change the the wire to thinner but still sturdy wires and all problems solved.

This does not pick up balls effortlessly by just rolling over it. You essentially have to push the ball in just like a tube. In that sense, it is not in any way more efficient/easier to pick up the balls. Item returned. The other rolling models with thin wire rods work much better.

Easy to use and picks up balls well. A little awkward getting balls back out but all in all it does what it’s supposed to and is helpful

Very fast at picking up balls and is light enough for anyone to pick up even when full of balls. The only down side is there is no way to balance the hopper on its handle so you can pull balls from it while standing.

Not happy with the efficiency, you can do better. I bought another one on Amazon that looks similar but has wires instead of rods and looks more like an egg shape. Tossed this one when I got the new one.

Works ok, more of a gimmick. I let the kids use it to pick up balls , kind of a fun way to do it. Ball hoppers are far more effective at picking up balls and getting them back in the main basket.
