Quality construction; nice appearance; flexible mounting via all manor of adjustable straps. I'm happy with it ...To further utilize space, little pockets in the tank side-flaps would be useful - for the small stuff, rather than take up the central storage area.

Received the item it looked functional, when I went to tighten the bag the strap stitching came undone and broke now it's going in the garbage.

While I the quality which looked good or better seemed acceptable, the design of the compartments and the overall size of the bag were much smaller than I had anticipated, even though I was aware of the dimensions. Trying to put the items I needed, sunglasses, bifocals, phone, keys and a small water bottle was impossible. Touch screen feature did not work. Forget about a windbreaker/rain jacket or gloves. Photos did not portray the actual size of the bag very well.

There was no instructions on how to put it on.

Product is about what I expected but phone barely fit. Touchscreen worked well. There is no provision for a USB cord to go to your motorcycle for power/interface etc. This is a must and could have been done easily. Strapping could have been done much more straightforward with some velcro on the ends that would have been intuitive. Otherwise you have to get creative with strapping it down.Biggest gripe was the sewing workmanship. As a former product designer of textile products the stitching was so weak that when I pulled just slightly to tighten on the right side, the stitching on the edge gave way. There were missing stitches for over half of the strap width. I see this is a main complaint of this product. Color is great for my old school bobber but please fix the sewing. Fortunately I have a friend with a cordura sewing machine so I'll just fix this and strap it on bike.

I've logged a ton of miles since buying this thing a few months back. I use it practically every single day. It is a life saver. I do deliveries off the bike, so it's good for holding spare battery packs sunglasses, hat. It fits about perfect on my TW's tiny gas tank. I like it a lot. Concerning the guys that say it is too small I think they may be expecting too much out of a tank bag.

Product didn't come with any installation instructions. Their website doesn't have any either, the product isn't even on their website. It does have the buckles close to the bag on all sides, but then it is just loose strap ends, how is that supposed to fasten securely and snugly to the bike? Maybe I'm missing some pieces, if I'm not, this is a terrible design.

The strap ripped when I tried to tighten the bag against the tank. Rest of the bag seems great but it’s useless to me now until I set aside the time and money to repair2 stars because it has all the right features and very well thought out design, just needs better workmanship on joints. I decided i will fix myself instead of going through the pain of returning. If you order reinforce straps first.

La calidad de la tela es muy buena,el único detalle que las dos hebillas que están en la parte inferior de la mochila están cosidas en una parte muy débil y cuando la estaba instalando se desprendieron de la mochila.ya lo solucioné llevando a qué cosieran y reforzarán esas 2 hebillas.Hago la aclaración,la mochila la acababa de sacar del empaque y la estaba instalando en mi moto.En mi opinión personal es lo único que e visto mal en la mochila.

My only issue is that the straps attach to the bag at the middle of each of the 4 sides, whereas strapping AROUND a motorcycle would be much easier if the straps attached to each of the 4 corners instead. What can I possibly do with a strap coming from the centre of the rear of the bag? Cut it off and make do with the other 3, I suppose.
