I purchased this tent about a month and a half ago. The set up was simple enough and I am living in it full time while I build my log cabin.The first rain showed a leak in the PVC skylight. I have had to put a tarp over the tent to prevent future leaks. Also, the zipper to the front flap broke today out of normal use. Overall I am disappointed because this tent (the 10x12 version) is the perfect size for me and it is sturdy and handles moderate wind fairly well. Just wish it was made a bit more durable and with extra care for the seams.

The media could not be loaded.  Straightforward to assemble. Getting the cable over each final connector needs a bit of muscle, but it will eventually pop on there. Scratched some of my newly varnished floorboards while putting up the posts. You might want to tape the ends to avoid scratching.

The idea is perfect, permanent structure. However, it was leaking from several different windows at the seem and screen had a hole in it. Return/exchange was difficult. Amazon asked me to deal with the factory. The factory took forever. Amazon wanted me to take the whole thing apart and pack up for return when all I wanted was a new tent not frame. After 6 weeks I finally received a new tent. Will update when I know if it leaks.
