i dont kow if this seller is real pandora because it does not screw on to my pandora bracelet i was very disappointed lost my money

I think I have to take it to a Pandora store to have them show me how to use it..this safety chain somehow screws on to my bracelet but what I wasn't aware of is it comes in different lengths in the store was unaware when I purchased from Amazon I may have not bought the right size ...I gave it a three star rating because of that but it is a nice chain
