Raised Garden Bed with Legs, 48x24x30'', Outdoor Wood Elevated Planter Box, Thick Legs, w/Liner

Bought this planter box to keep my plants up off the ground to deter pests from crawling into them and making antbeds. Also I live in a rent house, so I needed this to keep my plants up off the ground so as not to kill the lawn grass because this rent house doesn't come with a paved patio area. I had to buy a pergola and put this planter box underneath it for my plants to be protected from pests, rain, wind, & sun. It's helping and that's what I bought it for. It was easy to put together. Didn't take my boyfriend hardly any time to put it together with a power screwdriver. I recommend that! The 4 corner square wood caps didn't really fit perfectly but we pounded them into the holes without splitting them or breaking the dowel rods off. It looks great and I love the drainage holes! There ARE spaces in between each cross slat., so you get more drainage than the 2 drainage holes. At some point, I plan on painting yellow sunflowers on it. It will look great against it's gray paint. Overall....I'd buy it again! It's sturdy, and a bit heavy for me to pick up alone, although if I needed to, I could manage somehow. I straddled it upside down & crosswise over my garden wagon to move it into my garage during a recent hurricane for protection. I love it though.

The first package arrived with both long side boards cracked. I contacted the seller and received a response within a few hours. The seller sent a replacement unit the next day and it arrived quickly. All pieces were intact and usable. It went together easily and well, and it looks very good. Excellent value. Appears sturdy. Very pleased with the outcome and the product.

I would buy again very easy to put together and durable.

I bought this planter and stained and sealed it. I could have built something nicer, but the time and materials would have cost me more. And it's going outside, so I didn't need anything fancy. The cuts and fit are good. Easy assembly. The wood seems decent. It's very light colored and the imperfections are many. The bad flaws are smoothed with filler and that doesn't take stain. This all is hard to see out of the box. But I used a dark stain and that made areas with filler very noticeable. Oh well, it still looks pretty good. If you do stain it, go with something light colored like natural and you will be fine. Overall, I'm quite happy with this purchase.

I purchased 2 of these as gifts and they both love it!...The quality was better than expected and the size was exactly as described..I was so impressed by these beautiful planters/trellis that I just purchased one for myself....I love that it was easy to put together, it included a liner plus a package -31pc Plant Binding and Clips set.....I'm so happy with this purchase..Finally a good planter/trellis that doesn't cost over $200..

I have purchased this to grow my vegetables in and it has been working very well. the size is perfect, it was easy to assemble and its very firm. it ended up to be better than what i thought it would be.

Purchased this planter to put on my condo patio. Perfect size and my critter cage cover fits on it perfectly. Overall, the quality is not bad value for the price, but we found some challenges when assembling as some of the screw holes were not properly aligned with connecting pieces. If not for this issue, would have given 5 stars - but it was frustrating and added to the time it took us to assemble the unit.
