I got this for my kids assistant. principal. She went above and beyond for my son and I wanted to get something useful and meaningful. She absolutely loved it. The quote on is perfect for her too because even though it's the beginning of the school year, she is always there for the kids and it shows!! This is a great gift! It does not come with sticky notes or a pen so I just found some cute ones to pair it with and it was adorable!

This is a desktop trinket that works quite well with my daughter being a HS counselor. The Post-it pads fit perfectly and the tray is standard size for pens or pencils. The wood is sanded very well with no rough edges or splinters.

Very cute, well made, and a nice gift for someone in a new job, too. My one complaint is that the cut out for the post its could be a tad wider or longer, because you do have to kind of wiggle it in there so it sits flush. Helps keep me a little more organized and easily able to jot something down without worrying about losing the post it later.

Ordered this as a gift for my youngest son who will start his first job as a school counselor this school year. I saw this and knew I had to get it for him! I may be a little biased, but I know that my kid is all the words on this holder and more! lol However, I think it is a great visual reminder for him to always show these characteristics to his students.The color of this holder is much darker than it appears in the seller's description, but I love the darker wood color. The richer brown gives this a warmer, classier look. It, also, makes the white lettering really "pop". I know the square section is for Post-It notes, but it could be used for other small items like paperclips or even some spare change. The size is really nice, also. It is not so big that it will take up a lot of desk space; yet, it is large enough to make a statement.Now, to find just the right pen to compliment it and the set will be perfect!

I know this would be perfect to give as a gift, but I couldn’t resist getting resist getting it for myself! It’s perfect for my desk. Such a pretty walnut stain to solid wood. Holds a writing utensil and a pad of sticky notes. I am super excited and would love to get this as a gift!
