Confetti one does NOT float!
When I took these balloons to have them filled with helium the lady warned me the confetti ones might not float. The confetti is too heavy and weighs the balloon down. Very disappointing!

The balloons were great, but the ones with confetti in them made it hard to blow up and they didn’t float after because the confetti was so heavy
