Great product in they do testing for heavy metals (cadmium and lead) and try to keep them as low the soil will allow. Fair price for all that oversight and not to mention great tasting!

I bought this as recommended by CR because it’s low in lead, unlike my favorite brand of Dutch chocolate. It’s ok, but not as chocolately and it definitely does NOT produce a moist product. Dutch chocolate is superior but sadly very high in lead.

This is the 2nd time I ordered this cocoa bcz I absolutely love it. It’s organic, has a great chocolate flavor and not bitter. I sometimes add it to my coffee in the morning for that mocha flavor and I have made hot chocolate with it and it was so delicious. I added it to my almond milk to make hot chocolate and it blended very well and it has a smooth taste. I added a little maple syrup for a touch of creamy sweetness. I highly recommend this cocoa too ty use chocolate lovers out there.

I’d been looking for unsweetened cacao powder to make hot chocolate with and thought to give this a try. Tastes great with oat milk, I really enjoy it. A little pricy but worth it.
