I got the new desk and it was definitely much better when it came to the wheels. I must have gotten a bad one by a fluke, as it is the same box and the same exact desk but much better soldered together. I am thrilled that they have really taken care of me and were very fair. I would not hesitate to purchase from them and you can't go wrong. They were never angry and never had any bad words, they had only care and help for me. I am thrilled needless to say, this desk is the perfect size for my big AIO computer which I am also thrilled with! Now if I can keep my kids from putting their stuff on my desk I will be one happy camper! HA!So they contacted me right away with the offer to replace the desk, without me having to ship it back to them, being I am in another country it wasn't feasible. Thankfully they understood this and by looking at the pictures I am sure they could tell that I was having huge problems! I am so pleased. I will be letting everyone here know they stand behind their products and I am very much looking forward to having this issue resolved. I will also buy again and upgrade my rating as soon as I have the new desk. I know sometimes things don't work as expected and sometimes there are mistakes made. I want to be understanding and realize that this can happen. Thank you!I put this desk together and was very happy with the rating on it for my new $3000 AIO HP Elite 1000 32gig 34" Monitor computer. I need mobility due to a handicap. I was thrilled needless to say, it rolled around very nicely and it has wheel locks. BUT the nut that you screw the wheel into is just tacked on there, not soldered well. It snapped off suddenly without any pressure put on the desk, luckily I was able to grab the computer before it hit the ground. It is brand new and I took out a loan to purchase it! I wanted to do something about this but really can't. I get things shipped to Texas, then forwarded to me in another country. So in order to return this desk I need 1 to have a box, I no longer do, then I have to ship it back to the US, makes no sense, also then I will have to have it shipped to Amazon (which I will end up paying for the person who does this). What a sad waste. I need a desk. Now I have a computer without the desk that I actually do need greatly.

Updated:I contacted the company, and I received a replacement desk within two weeks of my original order. It appeared to be a previously shipped desk however, and the leg I needed appeared to be slightly worn. Despite that, I now had all of the parts to put my desk together and I am very pleased with the product and customer service overall.Original Post:Just opened my box and there is one leg missing. I use my laptop 90% of the time while watching TV. Previously, I had only used a lap desk. Every time I had to get up, I had to lift the laptop and lap desk and put it on the floor. I have a bad back, so this was not a good thing for me to be doing. Now, I just wheel it away from me and wheel it back when I sit down. No more back pain. This is a good table for anyone, not just folks with back issues. It will save you from getting getting back issues if you share this scenario!

For the most part, this table should be fine for most people's needs for it. However, it does have a couple of manufacturing issues that we ran into while assembling it. There were no pre-drilled holes for the screws, and there is a small gap between the wood of the tabletop and the metal frame on the bottom left corner of the table. The other 3 corners fit perfectly fine though. I suppose there were just some issues with measuring/cutting.Besides those issues, it is a perfectly fine table. Nothing amazing, but not bad either.

Needed a small rolling desk/table for someone in medical rehab spending a lot of time in a chair, something lightweight enough for the person (who uses a walker) to push away from or pull towards their chair without straining, but sturdy enough to lean on and support a few books and a laptop. This table was perfect. Easy and straightforward to assemble, too.

Good table but holes, screws and wrench are not good matches. Took a bit more work than it should have.

I use this to extend my work area at the office, then roll it away along the wall when not needed. Brakes are a nice option to use if needed, but I haven't had a need. I unload two heavy boxes at a time on it sometimes, with no evident strain to desk. Looks so nice that a co-worker just ordered herself one for her home office.

I really wanted to like this desk. I read the many reviews stating it was a good desk but the wheels fell off. The problem is the shoddy tack welds are not beefy enough to handle the load of a desk being moved around. Notice the weld on the black nut above the wheel. There are two spot welds that hold a nut into place in the tube of the wheel panel. I'm sure the company knows of this defect but continued to sell the defective stock. I should have known better and to pass this by..so many people reported this as being the issue. Another problem, who holds onto the shipping box of something this big in case of future problems! Not many right. You guessed it. They want the item returned to process my claim. We have to pay UPS to box it up. Via chat with Amazon they said the shipping will be refunded. Folks, it's a nice desk but it's not worth the heartache.
