Easy to swallow but when I went to order more there was none available so I had to choose another product.

Helped relieve some menopause symptoms.And, as a side effect, helped ease some of my arthritis too.

This is not so much a review but more to share my experience about my possible allergic reaction. Since taking the daily dose (3 tablets) I experienced slight head-cold symptoms (aching, hot head, stiff neck, glands slightly swollen, dizziness and upset stomach). At first I thought I was coming down with something but no amount of pain relief helped and after two weeks my symptoms were still the same. I even took two Covid tests that were negative. You know 'you' better than anyone and for me, by day 10 I would be back to my normal self. Two and a half weeks later I had a light bulb moment and wondered if it was this supplement that was causing an allergic reaction as nothing else had changed in my lifestyle. I have since stopped taking them and now feel better. I can't say whether it is coincidence but thought my experience might be beneficial to others. On the plus side, they didn't taste awful and were easy to swallow!

Skin and hair have improved, noticeably thicker hair

I cant say I noticed any change

The pills are alright. I haven’t taken them for long period of time.
