I bought these for my son as he's been diagnosed with bunionettes on both feet. We've tried other gel pads, none of which have had the extra gel which sits between the little toe and the next toe which of course helps push out the little toe. The gel is a really good thickness and I like to keep them in place by using medical tape. Since using the difference is absolutely amazing, the swelling has gone done and at times they used to bleed, not now. Won't hesitate to recommend.

I was amazed by the difference that these, seemingly small and ineffectual items, made. You do need microporous tape to fix them in place but they are really good. Definitely recommended!

This silicone device does provide good cushioning on my bunionette. It felt a little uncomfortable between the toes to being with, but I soon got used to it. It stayed in place during the day. The only slight negative is that when it was a very hot day and I'd walked a couple of miles, it my toe felt slightly sore.
