HVAC Blower Motor with Regulator - Replaces 64119227670, 700218, PM9354, 75896 - Compatible with BMW Vehicles - 2006 325i, 325xi, 06 330i, 2007 335i, X3, 2008 335d, 2007 328xi - E90, E91, E92

This was a direct replacement for the blower motor in my 2015 Audi Q7

It looked and performed exactly the same as what was installed in my Q7. I can't guarantee that what was in my vehicle was OEM, but I bought it 2 years old and with only 25k miles, so most likely. No weight or balance difference and blows just as hard. It does seem to be slightly louder at startup but that's the only difference I can tell.

Wish i'd done a better job of reading reviews before I purchased and I might have bought a different fan. Took about 30m to install, restored air flow, but has a loud whine that the other fan didn't have. I'm not sure if I'll get used to that or not.

It fits really well and easy to install, but it’s noisy, you can hear the fan motor running while the car is running, and even a louder humming sounds when starting the car and when you shut off the car.

Our 2015 Audi Q7 started making some strange noises from the passenger side when the AC or heater were blowing. It sounded like something was stuck in the blower fan wheel. After a couple weeks it stopped blowing. A little web research suggested that replacing this blower was the most likely fix, and it was! Watch some videos on YouTube for instructions, but make sure they match your vehicle. One video suggested removing the entire glovebox assembly, but I was able to replace the blower by only removing the lower dash cover underneath the glovebox and above the footwell, just as you would to replace the AC air filter. I don't see how removing the glovebox would have been very helpful and it would have added a lot of work. It took me an hour to replace from start to finish. It is not exactly easy because you need to contort yourself below the dash and some of the screws are tricky to reach. I built a platform by the side of the car so that I could lay on my back without breaking it. The AC blows great now and I feel good having saved hundreds of dollars over the evil dealer cost.

Installation in my 09 Touareg was easy, only needed a 5.5mm nut driver and a small pry bar. It took maybe 30 minutes from start to finish. Housing seems a little flimsier than the original one but it fits well enough. Powered it on and its NOISY, it has a whining/whirring sort of bearing noise. Contacted seller and requested a replacement, I will update review once they offer a resolution. Fingers crossed.**Update - seller promptly sent me a replacement that works perfectly. Great customer service. Updated to 5 stars since the seller made sure everything was right.

Worked in my 2012 Audi q7 easy to install with right tools just open door under dash get extension unbolt it all pop new one in and make sure u change cabon air filter at same time been in my car for 5 months blows strong fixed my issues for a fraction of dealer cost
