It helps.
With this third pregnancy, round ligament pain started around 20 weeks. I noticed that if I do leg stretches and have this on before bed, I’m not in as much pain as if I don’t do stretches or have this on when I wake up. It does come with a little note of instructions. I did rip my skin, well, my 8 year old was picking at a corner and my skin ripped then. Didn’t think anything of it, just thought it was my hairs being pulled. But when I was removing all very carefully by tauting the skin and pulling very slowly, only until I took a bath I felt the burn. That’s when I noticed my skin ripped. I’ve put these on 4 times since then and when I remove carefully, I don’t rip my skin. Note: when you measure how long you need it, remove 10% of length before cutting. The trick is to start pulling the backing from one end, then as you are placing pull so that it stretches and remove backing slowly. Don’t remove backing all at once, this will mess you up and you will have to discard that piece because it will not unstick from itself. So remove backing slowly as you are placing on yourself. Hope I make sense, don’t mind me, I’m 7 months pregnant and pregnancy brain is in full effect.

It really helps--bump or no bump!
I'm just barely in my 2nd trimester so I don't have a bump yet, but I *do* have plenty of lower back and round ligament pain! I've been incapable of standing up or sitting down without a heavy "oof." A maternity belt wasn't really helping, so I gave this stuff a shot.I put it on last night before bed, and today I really noticed the difference! Much less lower back pain, fewer round ligament aches, and I'm able to stand up and sit down much more easily. I even sneezed and didn't get the usual shooting pain across my belly! This made a serious difference in my pain levels. I had an OB appointment today, and while she couldn't scan over the tape because of the shadowing it caused (so bear that in mind if you have an appointment coming up), she thought it was a genius idea to alleviate pregnancy discomfort. This is on par with my pregnancy pillow and the preggie pops for favorite pregnancy products!

Super helpful super painful
This was great made my belly feel so much lighter and better. Helped relieve some pressure. But the problem is the adhesive is very very strong so if you want to be able to take it off regularly I wouldn’t get this because I went to take it off and it made me bleed, ripped my skin right off and now I can’t use it

I like it
So much better than the bulky belly bands. It really does work I was surprised. Instant relief if you tape it right. I immediately ordered another roll. The only reason its not 5 stars is because the adhesive sticks to your skin after you take it off. But a soak in the tub fixes that.

HORRIBLE!!!!
I really wanted to like this product. I got a sample of a KT tape by a different brand so I thought I would buy some. I chose this brand. My first opinion is that its kind of a pain to try to measure and cut each piece and get it put on without too much stretch. I wore it in the cradle overnight. The next morning I noticed one side kind of hurting. I took off the two side pieces. That evening I noticed it had left a rash where the tape was on the sides. I decided after my shower I would take the last piece off. It was so painful to take off, the adhesive was waaay too strong. Once I got it off, I finished showering and I couldn't get the adhesive off of my stomach. I had to scrub with alcohol and then a wash cloth to get the adhesive off. I then had to use a belly oil because my stomach was so rashed out and it was very painful. I definetly don't recommend. If you try it though, please do a very small test patch!!!

Would of been nice
Had this actually worked it would have been great. It has a few flaws, flaw number one it stretches way too much. Flaw number two it is not sticky enough, I had the hardest time getting it to stick to my skin and stay there. I read everybody's reviews I can tell you the tape does not stay on your skin for four days, at least it did not mine. I got a day and a half out of it, before it's decided it was going to peel itself off. I can tell you by the second half of your day it starts getting itchy under the tape, as if my skin was sort of rejecting it. When I did peel it off it does not hurt no more than it would be to take a Band-Aid off. Other people's reviews said that it pulled their skin to the point of pulling it off. first off, I don't know why you would pull it to the point of it pulling your skin off without using some sort of oil or jumping in the shower to help it off, but when I pulled it off, I used nothing and it didn't hurt, it didn't pull my skin at all, and I have extremely sensitive skin. it did not leave a rash, it just for me barely held me up. I felt like a freak because I have all these pieces of tape all over my stomach, it's kind of embarrassing, especially if the Dr sees it. I wanted something that would not only give me a lift but also round me out a bit more and this just did not do that. I tried making the tape pieces shorter, because I noticed it does stretch quite a bit, almost too much and I felt like the shorter the pieces the faster it fell off, the longer the pieces the longer it stayed on. but that means I've got pieces going up and then sideways to wrap around me because I don't want it to go onto my chest. I feel like the product needs to be more sticky. And wider pieces would be nice these strips are a bit more short and thin. Just disappointed ☹️.

Mama’s it’s time to buy this! THE BEST PRODUCT !
I am currently 33 weeks pregnant and since I am so small and was always so skinny this baby has been killing me from all angles lol, I was currently in the hospital due to a stretched out ligament and let me tell you that pain was so bad it was worse then passing a kidney stone! Especially when my baby decides to go the side I have the stretched out ligament. I decided to buy this product because I saw it all over tik tok. Of course I spoke with my OB and he gave me the green light. I am a person that is super sensitive to whatever I put on my body, so this this tape has not given be any type of rash, it has helped me so much with the weight of the baby as well as the pain that I was having! I was able to shower without sitting! This is by far the best product I have bought to help me with my ligament pain! Mama’s to be please buy this! This is so worth your money!
