Yes, this includes, springs, pushrods, timing chain gasket, cam, retainers. Also get the cam gear and new timing chain when purchasing it. Go ahead and buy LS7 lifters

Q: Will i need to replace the timing chain sprocket?

You do not need to replace it unless it shows a lot wear. Michigan Motorsports does have replacement sprockets and chains available.
