Don’t like powder format.

Thorne recently discontinued their cal mag citrate powder, so I gave this a try as a replacement. It's terrible. It doesn't dissolve well in water and leaves a gritty taste in my mouth. Back on the hunt for another replacement...

Amazon was out of the calcium-mag powder I normally buy and I expected this to be the same. It did not dissolve in water and therefore was impossible to drink. Tried it twice now it is useless.

I used this in my coffee. Ended up going to the bottom even after sturing. It was very grainy. Not smooth at all. Will not get again.

I often have acid reflux in the evening, and half a scoop of this in 4 oz. of water really helps. The doctor who recommended it said it doesn't neutralize stomach acid (stomach is *supposed* to be acidic), it gets the lower esophageal sphincter to tighten up to prevent acid from refluxing.

How can this work if it doesn't even dissolve in boiling water??
