Armen Living Palisade Sofa in Sand Fabric and Black Wood Finish

This is the sofa of sofas. Actually designed with human curvature in mind, I can lounge like a cat on this thing.Fair warning though this is a truly unique design in that seating itself is slightly inclined. Its designrd so if you lay down you'll feel like you're inside if a catcher's mitt. Its very unusual feeling at first but the unique comfort grows on you.Some people might not like it because of the low back support in the middle but this also allows you the freedom to actually stretch back. Plus if you're lounging from the left or right side your arms naturally rest in the back rest.The fabric is strong. It does kind of pull but you can easily flatten it out. Better that than make it so tight it eventually rips.Great sofa. More like this need to have humans in mind.

LOVE the design, style and general quality of the fabric (which is 5 stars) ... BUT, after only 1-2 weeks the fabric has stretched and wrinkles significantly on the seat cushion. Looks as though the upholsterer did not pull the fabric tight enough... or perhaps the fabric just has no resilience. From the wrinkles on the seat so far, I expect the fabric wrinkling will increase significantly over the life of the sofa... pretty much destroying the great style and appeal.As of 5-12-20, the cushion has stretched and sunken partially into the frame - apparently foam density is not firm enough to maintain seat height, so is difficult to stand up from sunken cushion.Plan to cut light weight plywood a bit smaller than the cushion near edge of upper frame, keeping fingers crossed.Unfortunately the shipping carton/box was destroyed so it cannot be reused to return it. The cardboard "box" didn't fit, and was pieced together with scotch tape that did not arrive in tact.

I like that this sofa is very contemporary. The cushion is firm, which I also like. You want to add more pillows but all in all it's a nice sofa. 1st time ever ordering a piece of furniture this big online. But glad I did and I love my purchase.

Very firm cushion but absolutely stunning couch. Even a good angle to sit back on. Shipping took a few weeks, but once they got to moving day the company was great. Just had a false start that had me a little annoyed.

I would give a 10 if their was one. Sturdy, comfortable and beautiful. Cushion is firm unlike another customers complaint. Their is one left, don't be afraid to buy it. Overstock has it at a much higher price. Delivery was on time and very courteous..............The overstock review was also a 5 Star.................do it. no worries.
