Hydor H2Show Earth Gem, Blue Sapphire, Blue LED

I feel like this product is overpriced, but It does as it was intended, and for that reason it is better than the product that I purchased previously.

Bought one for my wives babbling brook water fall fountain garden elville, Also used an aqueon blue led bubble wand with blue glass makes the lighted blue sapphire appear to bust through a glowing glass bottom. I did not anticipate the light sitting too high on the suction cup stand so the led light sat too high and looked too obvious. After some modifications to lower the light the sapphire then had a more even glow. She loves the look so much now she wants a glowing gnome fountain out front.

The crystal is made of very thin plastic and the plug for the light cannot make a watertight seal, so water and debris will get into the crystal. The crystal is so light that it will not sink to the bottom unless flooded with water. I expected a better quality crystal that would stay on the bottom, and seal out water and debris, so maintenance would not be required weekly. The light is brighter than I expected for a 2 watt LED. I believe giving this product a 3 star is being generous.

This is really neat... it is next to my volcano in my aquarium.. I have several different ones.. They are so neat to see at night when you turn off your lights.. Highly recommend.. All of them are a great addition to your aquarium, and give the aquarium a little light so its not completely dark when you turn off the lights.. Awesome!

This is OK looking but kind of small. The light it comes with is very bright though so I use it as a spotlight and ditched the rock part. Would be better if rocks were made out of something more realistic than cheap plastic.

These are a beautiful addition to any aquarium.. I have 3 of them.. White, green and Red.. they are so cool at night when you turn off the lights.. Highly recommend..

Very pretty "crystal" however the led light that came with it didn't work.

Well worth the money. I have it in my discus tank and will update with a video soon. Just mesmerizing to look at.

This Earth Gem is beautiful and it was a great price.
