I love the silk tea bags makes it taste so much better. The packaging is larger than regular tea bags so doesn’t fit in my tea box very well.

Love the assortment!! People complained about the box it comes in and yes it’s not fancy...plain white box but I was not planning on storing the teas in there anyway. It came with all the teas promised. I would order again

Individually wrapped tea sachets that are lovely. But there was not a “gift box” of any type. The items just came packed in a nondescript cardboard box that said what it was on a sticker on top. Would be fine if you are willing to wrap the cardboard and have just a pile of tea bags, but not something I’d store them in for serving to guests or for my own use in my kitchen without some other container.

This product was a gift to my nephew who I've recently gotten started drinking tea; I have long enjoyed this brand of tea and he does as well now.

There are not 18 different flavors, as listed in the ad. There are 11. It is NOT "presented in a beautiful gift box" : the packets are in a 4.5" x 4.5" x 4.5" plain brown corrugated shipping box. No reason given why this is not returnable. Harney & Sons Fine Teas is a reputable company that's been in business since 1983. I've written directly to the company to complain. I've been buying their teas for 30 years - this is not the way they do business.

Harney & sons variety tea sachets - I love how you don’t get residue from them but not a fan of some of the odd flavors. I think I’ll stick to the cinnamon, chamomile & Earl gray♥️ I highly recommend sachets versus tea bags.

Each tea is in its own silk cachet. Very classy looking. Great blends of different teas. Trying a different one each day!

The set comes in a cardboard box and the tea is pretty mild...barely any flavor.
