I did not notice any change in how I felt before during or after taking this product. Nothing. I think it was a waste of my money and would not recommend it to anyone.

I didn't notice any improvement in my energy levels when I took this. I was nervous to even try as I've never used any product like this before. It didn't cause any bad reactions with me which was my chief concern. I took 4 pills in the morning, but honestly I can say, no reaction. Snake oil? Perhaps...

I bought this for issues with ED. I could get an erection but had trouble keeping it throughout. I have been taking other supplements for about the past month trying to help the issue, consisting of L-arginine (5,000mg), Magneseum (400mg), Zinc (50mg), and Garlic pills every day without any results. I ordered this and took 2 pills - and kept erection without problem, later that evening about 5 hours later took 2 more pills and accomplished the same results.Before I was lucky to get and finish 1 in 3-4 days. Weather or not the prior supplements helped with this is not known, but for me - IT WORKS! I will continue the other supplements as they are known to be helpful but This product did the job. I am taking this with another supplement ad am getting some good results.I cannot honestly say that it is working by itself,but I have to tKe it sometime by itself
