Great value, looks great, easy to fix strongly to wall and easy to use. Very reasonable priced.
Nice quality and very reasonable price- so easy to use. Compact and also looks good. I'd highly recommend this labour saving product. Compact and looks great too. Positioned it over my garden sink. Now to give the si k a tody and wash away brick dust! Great product- love it.

Tidy hosepipe
Bought to replace a horrible snake of hosepipe that was a mess. Looks good and operates well. Not too sure how the mechanism for rewinding the hose works! I put pressure on the upper roller, then the lower roller, then pull a little more hose out - eventually through pure luck it retracts. I suspect that this rewind mechanism will fail but who knows. I wonder if the more expensive ones are more durable? Time will tell.

Connector breaks and isn't a standard size to replace!
If you buy this and the connector breaks like mine did, you may have to replace the whole thing as I've not been able to find a replacement connector. The hose is thinner than others and I've tried different connectors and none fit. Contacted the supplier who was unwilling to help with a replacement connector.

Won’t retract. Used once successfully and then it refused to reel itself back in.
Looks very smart. Paid a handyman to drill it onto my house wall. Used it once to test it and it retracted fine. Next evening I extended it to its fullest to reach my front garden and then found it wouldn’t retract. Several people have had a go with no success. Nothing on UTUBE about this problem. Have contacted the seller…..,..
