This is just what my antique tub needed to give ot new life. It is gorgeous. My plumber commented that Kingston Brass is one of his favorite lines and I see why. The quality is amazing. You can tell the quality by the weight and all the details. I would buy this faucet over and over again!

I had a plumber install which was very expensive. I love the antique brass because as it tarnishes I can polish it to look brand new again. It's sturdy and will last for many years. I do keep the metal hose looped over the handles to precent it from sitting in the tub water while bathing. It'll keep it looking nicer that way.

My wife and I love this design. it looks fantastic on our claw foot tub. Everything works flawlessly. The kids love it so much that they even want to take baths. That's an amazing thing in itself. My one drawback that I found was that the instructions that were included were not very thorough and it took some time to think about how it should be attached exactly (which washers go inside and which go outside. For that I would have given it 4 stars, but it just looks so nice and works so great I couldn't downgrade it because of that

This is a really nicely made faucet and the plating is first rate. I expect it to last for many decades.Installation on my vintage tub with 3.5" holes required adding some nuts from the old faucet to the back of the offsets to keep them from sliding through the holes in the tub.The tub spout is very low and just barely clears the water line as determined by the overflow. This would not pass code where a 1" air-gap between the water line and the overflow is required to prevent water from siphoning out of the tub and back into the supply lines in the case of a loss of pressure.Once installed with the supplied space adaptors, the faucet sticks way out into the tub and might interfere with getting in and out safely in a shorter tub.The item's title has been changed to "Wall Mounted" and wall mounting would be my recommendation if you don't have a free-standing clawfoot tub.Lastly the supplied shower wand is not a water saving device. It doesn't limit consumption to 2.5 or 1.5 GPM but you might want to install such a head if you are on a well or have a small septic system.

We looked long and hard for a faucet for our tub, but most of the so called good ones were astronomical in price. Any that were cheaper were cheap to say the least until we ran across this one.Heavy duty construction, brilliant shine and ease of installation are a plus with the Kingston faucet. Fits multiple size openings, ours was 3 inches and no problems encountered.If you are not mechanically inclined you might have to have a pro to install but for me it was easy as anything I have hooked up.My wife is Happy, Happy, Happy.

I like the way it looks adds a lot of glamour to the tub

We love it. The only advice we have is to purchase a shower hook and hang the shower head high so the cord doesn’t drag in the tub. Currently we anre wrapping it around the faucet twice when using the bathtub. Also the shower handle gets super hot when hot water is going through it. You must grab the white porcelain part.

We installed the KINGSTON Brass KS265C Clawfoot Tub Faucet on an old clawfoot tub replacing an old set of washers taps. They are easy to install and the price is very good compared to other products. I am concerned about the availability of replacement cartridges, because they aren't stocked at any of the big box suppliers and Amazon didn't have stock.

Easy to install. 3 wraps with teflon tape and some pipe dope on the Male threads only works great. Have the threads sticking out of the finished wall about 1/2 inch max. It only takes about 3 turns to tighten so 1/4 inch wide of teflon is fine. I kept distance of hot/cold at 6 inches but you can go to 8 inches.

These replaced our old ones that started to leak. They were easy to install and work great. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the shower head makes a "cricket" sound. It may need an adjustment.
