Great color laser
This printer creates very high quality prints. It's an older model, so it's a little slower than the new ones. Very reliable and easy to service. Works great with recycled toner cartridges.I paid under $150 for a used one and feel like I got a great bargain. The good: Durable as a tank! Great print quality Good color printing Parts readily availableThe bad: Slow printing No two-sided duplex No WiFiThe ugly: It's ugly! No joke. It's a big ol' blocky HP laser that will probably outlast your Honda!

Orion was an excellent provider.
Orion, the providers, were excellent in shipping and the printer came promptly. Unfortunately, due to other problems with the computer I had been using it would have been incompatible with the new computer. I sent it back to Orion. They did check it out to be sure it worked and then have promptly issued an 80% credit to my charge card (minus their 20% legitimate restocking fee.)I would give Orion, the provider, five stars!

Lousy, Worst Printer We've ever bought
Bought this for the office to replace a Dell 1320c which was a real trooper. This boasted a smaller size, for which we were excited. Having religiously bought HP 4250's, which we believe to be the best printers on the market, expectations for these were fairly high. The printer is louder than the workstation printers we have, runs a 20 second cycle before printing. It prints really slowly, comparing to the dell color laser, not a monochrome laser. Afterwards, it continues running (still quite loudly) before clicking off. Intermittently (usually when you're on the phone) it decides to run a cleaning cycle. Sometimes if you're in a hurry, your print job will coincide with this random cycle, making your already slow job take a ridiculously long time. The paper tray holds very little paper, and is constantly in need of replenishment. This is complicated by the fact that the last page always causes a paper jam, requiring the printer to be shut off and back on again, a process that takes 2-3 minutes (initializing...).Lastly, Ink for this costs a fortune. No color laser has "cheap" ink, but these cartridges (four required) are over $100 each. The yield is not impressive, and they have electronic shutoff chips that prevent them from being completely emptied. No longer can you shake the toner cartridge to get a few extra pages before running to the store. When these crap out they're dead. This means we need to keep a spare of each cartridge on hand, which is $400+ sitting on the shelf.Had we seen a similar review, we would have stayed with Dell, who makes an astonishingly good color laser printer, despite not being known for printers.
