These pig ears are the perfect natural alternative to rawhide. All three of my dogs go crazy for them, and I feel good giving them a single-ingredient treat. What I used them for: Occasional chew treats for my three dogs. Pros: Single-ingredient, natural treat Dogs love the taste and texture Doesn’t stain or leave a mess despite slobber Good size for medium to large dogs Cons: Can be a bit odorous out of the bag (minor) Real experience: I’ve given these to all three dogs multiple times, and each one enjoys them equally. The ad l;ed me to believe I would receive 12 pig ears as in whole pig ears. The ad showed an example of a decent sized ear roughly 6 inches long with some width. While I did not expect every ear to be the same size, etc. I was disappointed to receive a bag with effectively slivers of ears. I am attaching a photo to show what came in the bag. these are not whole ears nor are they decent sized for our dogs. When buying non returnable dog treats via Amazon, one has to trust the ad given we cannot see what is in the bag. There seems to be limited if any recourse here. Non returnable and what we received did not match what was in the ad. Perhaps we received a bad bag, no way to know, really. But, buyer beware. These are likely headed to the trash given their small size and sharp edges.

My dog loves pig ears but she does not love these. They are very greasy, smell like old oil, and she often opts to not have anything over having one of these. The sizes are also all over the board. You may get some full size and some that are maybe 1/4 of an ear. There is no consistency to the bag. My usual brand has been unavailable so I tried these out and I won't order them again. They are the only chew that she leaves unchewed and won't actually eat.
