Great Chair... For BIG people!
NICE CHAIR....I selected this chair yeah because of the weight limitations as I am a big fella. It took me about 40 minutes to put together, all the tools required where in the pack.Even though I am lower than the maximum weight, when I put the chair into maximum recline and sit back it's a bit unnerving!

Solid, comfy and great assembly instructions
Ok just one negative to get out the way, the armrests do not twist as advertised in the video.Really great constructions and despite some people saying the bolts don't fit is another way of saying user error. When you bolt anything together you have to ensure you catch the thread BEFORE you tighten! I had no issues and everything lined up perfectly, snug fitting really solid.Never seen a GLOSSY instruction booklet for a chair before, clear concise with very good english and images - top marks!Comfort of chair is as great as it looks also worth noting covers are zipped for cleaning!I Highly recommend this chair.

Very comfortable, shame about the quality and horrible support.
Pros:First, let me start by saying, I am responsible for at least 2 of my colleagues who also bought this chair. I'd rave about its comfort all day long. It is a very comfortable chair.Cons:The chair broke. A bolt has stripped its way out of the side with the sprung hinge. The bolt is completely stripped. Needless to say, the majority of the force of your back on the chair goes through this one single bolt. Look at the pictures to see the result of this bolt being stripped. This isn't he first time I've had an issue with a product from Amazon, and let me be really super clear, Amazon support are superb and have been extremely supportive.I contacted Amazon support, who placed me in contact with the seller. The seller asked me to disassemble a chair (I have been unable to do so, some parts are press fit like the chair to the base), box it (please find me a box big enough) and then ship it all the way to China before they'll issue a refund. I've been in dispute about them not shipping it complete. They've since contacted me to say I'm now no longer eligible for a refund, despite that not lining up with UK consumer law. They are trying to strong arm me into accepting replacement parts. The chair will now just go in the skip. Avoid this buyer, find another chair.

Decent Chair -- But Noisy
I was struggling to find a half decent chair that reclines far back so I settled for this one. The material is nice and is relatively comfortable for a desk chair. Another reviewer did mention the footrest seems flimsy, but you'd have to be quite a heavy person or slam your legs down to break it. I like to recline back and put my feet up when watching content. I'd miss the foot rest if it were gone.My only real complain so far is the creaking mine makes when moving around in it. (Maybe I need to loosen/tighten screws?) Quite annoying at night. Also, one of the screw holes for the footrest was slightly threaded so the screw had fallen out but it managed to screw in still and is secure.Nothing is really ever 5 starts so a generous 4 it is.Edit:Gas lift failed after a year and a few weeks ago the recliner mechanism has worn out, and won't hold my weight. It also goes back to the 90deg angle on it's own. Disappointing. The material has held up well. I expected it to look taty by now, but it looks fine. I can't quite remember, but I think the seat is lost some softness, arms firmer.

Broke after 12 months
Bought this chair in March 2020 and it broke in March 2021. The connection between the backrest and the seat base became loose today and upon further inspection an internal component in the chair has become separated. I don't think I'll be able to repair it as it would involve tearing the leather of the seat off. There is also some wear around the trimming of the leather.
