I’m not sure if it works because I was already in ketosis when the drops arrived. The taste isn’t bad, it’s like lemon juice but with a salty aftertaste. The bottle comes with a dropper attached so it’s easy to use and measure.Update: the product will show that you have key tones in your urine but it’s because you swallow them you didn’t actually create them. So it won’t help you lose weight and it won’t help you get into ketosis. May give you energy I don’t know. I’ve gone through almost an entire bottle of these drops. You do not magically lose weight fast. I am pleased that it does suppress my appetite and I’m the type of person who is always hungry. I’ve been known to wake up at four am and not be able to sleep because my stomach is growling. I put the drops in my morning juice and find that I’m not watching the clock waiting for an acceptable hour to eat lunch. In fact, I’m eating lunch an hour later than normal. And I find I don’t need my mid afternoon snack in order to make it to dinner. I’m pleased with the appetite suppressant and will continue to use this product

I've been using this product for a couple of days now. I've been putting it directly under my tongue so it goes into my blood stream faster. Not sure if that is the best way to use this but I think it might be working. My stomach seems flatter believe it or not. I've been doing the Keto diet for a little over a week and hadn't seen much results on my weight per say but again, my stomach seems flatter???? Perhaps this is helping to speed up results? I know that I am not hungry and when I do get hungry, I don't really want anything. Perhaps in a week or so, I will have better results.

Ok so I cant judge the effectiveness now. But I was having trouble taking it alone. I just add the drops to my bottle of water and drink it before meals. This is my second week and it has been working well. I give it three star because of the taste for now. I will update my review once I'm done with the entire product.

I was using it all wrong. I was taking 2 drops haha its suppose to be 2 half drops of each dropper so basically i wasnt doing it correctly. The taste is very hars to swallow alone tho i have to put in juice i hope ot work for me

My husband and I decided to go Keto on Tuesday, so I purchased these drops. I read that Keto is even more effective if combined with intermittent fasting. Today is Thursday and I have zero appetite. This is a great day to declare a fast. In addition, we were treated at work with donuts, huge cookies, cheesecake and sandwiches. In spite of the fact it was a beautiful display, I wasn't remotely tempted to have any. I definitely will re-purchase this product.

I liked that this product came quickly, I just received today, so will have to write another after I see my results, will take some getting use to the taste though, but very excited to try based on 5 stars reviews.
