Q: Is this a good quality landing net just my last one by NGT broke within 2 months

Well I have had mine two years (in to its third season) and I have had no issue with the net or handle. Make sure it has a metal connection piece. I am always careful when ‘bending’ the arms into the connector but it’s never given me much concern. I tend to lift carp with the net broken down or at least holding both the arms as it’s quite heavy when full of water and I feel it could snap. The handle whilst a bit short seems quite strong and I like it. The bad is rubbish and will brake in about a week.

Q: Can’t figure out how you extend the handle??

The handle twists to loosen so that it can be extended. Then twist back to tighten

Q: What is the depth of the 36” net please

Not sure , but it takes a good size carp with no problems

You can catch butterfly's as well as fish

Im not a carpy but had to Buy this net as the holiday lake I went to insisted, seems strong and easy to put together, comes with bag, pole, net and v peice that attaches to the net for the pole.

Very disappointed with holder/stink bag

The picture shows a zip up holder/stink bag but mine came with a thin nylon sleeve not a zip up holder/stink bag. Very disappointed.
