EMPTY COLOR CARTRIDGES
I purchased Epson 252 black and color cartridge set a couple of months ago. I only needed to change the black cartridge at that time. The color cartridges remained sealed and in the box. When I put them in finally 2 weeks ago, they would not print. Convinced at first it was a problem with the Epson printer, I cleaned the printer. Still, no color cartridge worked. Asked the tech guy in the house (my husband), if he could get around to taking a look. He too cleaned the printer....then....he noticed that the color cartridges I had only recently opened were COMPLETELY EMPTY. The number for the manufacturer provided on the seller's page, DOES NOT WORK. Amazon has told me they have contacted the seller to attempt to remedy. We'll see. Giving the benefit of the doubt, I'm speculating these were recycled cartridges that somehow never got filled before being sealed and repackaged. The bottom window of each cartridge shows CLEAR liquid of some kind.I will amend this review if the seller replaces the color cartridges. The black one in the box worked just fine.
