My absolute favourite setting powder. Bought it last minute before a trip and it came in time. Fab!

One of the best setting powders I’ve owned and I’ve been thru a lot! Can’t even notice you’re wearing it really, colourless and not powdery. Even though it’s powder (you get me!). And has a nice soft feel to it. I find it lasts a good portion of the day before you need a touch up and they do a small pot of this perfect for the handbag. Downsides - bit messy. You don’t need much of this a little goes a long way. It does go EVERYWHERE tho!

Ich habe vor kurzem geheiratet und für mich war von Anfang an klar, dass ich mich selbst schminken werde.Ich habe daher ein paar Monate vor der Hochzeit damit angefangen mich intensiver mit dem Thema „Make-Up“ zu beschäftigen und vor allem damit, wie man es haltbar macht. Bevor ich mich mit dem Thema beschäftigt habe, habe ich im Alltag immer nur etwas Foundation aufgetragen um Unreinheiten zu verdecken. Ich bin daher was das angeht wirklich ein Anfänger gewesen.In mehreren Youtube-Videos wird folgede Reihenfolge empfohlen: Foundation -Concealer-normales Puder um das Ganze zu fixieren – Bronzer und Rouge in Puderform und dann darüber nochmal ein Translucent Puder um die eben aufgetragenen Puder zu fixieren. Anschließend noch ein Setting und ein Fixierspray.Ich hatte schon ein Translucent Puder daheim. Ich hatte mir mal vor Jahren eins gekauft, da ich gelesen hatte, dass man damit ganz gut Concealer auf den Augenringen fixieren kann. Ich hatte aber damals ein super billiges gekauft, was sogar noch aus China kam. Und (oh wunder) irgendwie bin ich damit nie so richtig zurecht gekommen und habe das Thema Augenringe-Abschminken schnell wieder aufgegeben. Trotzdem habe ich nun nochmal einen Versuch mit diesem Puder gestartet und es war einfach furchtbar. Also habe ich mich nach einem guten Puder umgeschaut. In irgendeinem Video wurde dieses hier empfohlen. Ich finde es zwar etwas teuer, aber mit dem Gedanken an meine Hochzeit konnte ich den Preis irgendwie für mich rechtfertigen. Und ich muss sagen, nachdem ich es ausprobiert habe finde ich den Preis mittlerweile zwar immer noch teuer aber okay. Dieses Puder ist kein Vergleich zu dem billigen aus China. Dieses hier trage ich auf und irgendwie wird es tatsächlich unsichtbar nach ein paar Minuten. Es bleiben nur noch vereinzelt weiße Stellen übrig, die man dann ganz gut mit einem Puderpinsel wegtupfen kann. Es ist zwar eine Puderquaste dabei, aber ich benutze einen Beautyblender um es aufzutragen. Finde ich persönlich besser. Ich benutze dieses Puder mittlerweile täglich und habe es neben Foundation, Concealer und Rouge in meine Alltags-Routine mit aufgenommen. Ich werde es auf jeden Fall wieder kaufen, aber da man eigentlich nicht wirklich viel davon braucht, wird das wohl noch eine Weile dauern.Klare Kaufempfehlung von mir.

Coming from a devoted Laura Mercier translucent setting powder user.... I LOVE THIS SETTING POWDER.If you are debating between the two... here is my advice as a person who had originally oily skin that is now normal - dry due to accutane.If your skin is oily - this product may not be for you. It is a super fine and soft powder that feels less tight and not as drying as the laura mercier.. but i find it to lay on my skin better.If your skin is normal to dry - This is the product for you. The particles are so fine that they lay on your face like a cloud. I literally just dust is over my entire face with a big kabuki brush over my it cosmetics cc cream and VOI LA ! "perfect" skin.NO FLASHBACK - DOESN'T SETTLE INTO LINES - seriously don't be discouraged from trying this powder. Laura Mercier who?The only con - SO MUCH OF THE PRODUCT COMES OUT. Seriously its so fine that it comes out easily and sometimes poofs in the air like a cloud.I just realized that since its a lighter powder - i need to be more gentle with my technique of taking it out.
