this works very well
Installation is the normal hassle. I really like that the bar swings up and therefore one never has to hunt for the bar with the spring. looks just like the pictures. I did wrap the end with a a bit of duct tape so it wouldn't rattle with use. I would buy it again.

Pretty but didn’t give it 5 stars because
You need an Allen wrench to change the roll of toilet paper. I selected this because it matched the Delta Linden series faucets I installed in the sink and tub. There are hidden Allen screws for installation, which does make it more sturdy than the average holder. However, you also need the Allen wrench to loosen the arm to turn it in order to slide the toilet paper rolls on and off. I tried just leaving unscrewed, but then the fixture is too loose and seems flimsy. Luckily, it’s in a guest bathroom, so it won’t get a huge amount of use. My husband almost never changes the TP rolls now, I really don’t need anything to make it more difficult LOL!

Difficult to install
I installed these for my daughter. I did not use the supplied fasteners. I purchased a more substantial anchor. Which expands behind the drywall.The actual holder is well built. Is was not that easy to install. The set screws that need to be tightened are small and you have to constantly remove the supplied tool to tighten the set screw 1/2 turn. I also had to loosen the wall support slightly to get the set crew behind the anchor point. It kept slipping out. I think the punch and die tool made for this part was dull and needed to be changed at the manufacturer. As far as my experience is concerned. I’m a Licensed electrician with over 40 years of experience and I’ve also worked in manufacturing for 32 years. This holder would have been difficult for an average person to install. I would investigate a different mounting method for the average consumer
