I replaced the battery in my Dell Precision 5520. Dell is poor with their parts. But this company was great. The screw driver kit was a great suprise. I didnt realize it came with it. I have my own tools, however these actually fit way better than my kit! In the process of conditioning, and currently, it has 2 hours to go. Which is way longer than my original battery. The packaging was great and all is spot on. Will update when the battery gets put to proper use.EDIT; 6 MONTHS LATER LAPTOP IS NOT HOLDING MUCH OF A CHARGE, WENT BACK TO OLD BATTERY. Going through email to see for warranty claim. WIll update again. Leaving Stars for now

When my OEM battery started to swell to the point where I couldn’t use the trackpad anymore, I knew it was time for a replacement battery. After reading the reviews and comparing prices, I decided to buy this one.For the first month or so, it seemed great. After that, it started having diminished charging capacity . Within 6 months, it gave about 5 minutes worth of use before needing to be plugged back in. Now, it doesn’t work at all, has to be plugged in otherwise the laptop won’t work.

Perfect for my computer and easy to install. Just look up a video on YouTube with instructions and easy as pie to get more life from your laptop.

didn’t work at all. my old battery wasn’t holding a charge so I ordered this one in the hopes of it being a replacement. I was wrong. it didn’t even work. plugged the old battery back in to see if it was a different issue and it works just fine.

Advertised to fit my Dell, but once I opened the laptop, it was obvious this battery didn’t fit.

Installed the battery. Did the charge discharge iterations as recommends the instructions. Unfortunately the battery just dies with one hour of use. Works fine for a while, but suddenly decays to less than 10%...

After installing and charging for a day, the battery would only ever hold 5 minutes of charge.
