Exactly what I wanted.
Exactly the edition and condition advertised. Arrived on time. No complaints. The book itself is a very wordy and therefore is not a great reference text. If you have a choice, I recommend looking at different Game Theory textbooks. That being said, the practice problems are very good if you are willing to put up with long, wordy questions.

Great introduction
This book is very well written and accessible to any reader, unlike some other textbooks in the same vein. The only downside is the low level of mathematical rigor that is needed for serious study. Nonetheless, it is a great introduction to the topic. Highly recommended for any beginning student in Game Theory.

Good writing with difficult practice questions
The book is great, casual jokes meant for college students however if you are in a rush to study it can seem wordy. The practice questions can be difficult and it feels like he never went over the concepts that you are expected to know when you get to the questions.Who I purchased it from was quick and friendly.

One of the few textbooks out there you could teach ...
One of the few textbooks out there you could teach yourself the subject entirely with the book.Has a human voice to it that disrupts the usual monotony in advanced topic texts.

I didnt need this book
This book seems very useful. But I never got to using it as a supplement. My teacher reccomended it but it was okay. THe book itself came in perfect condition. On time too.

Inarticulate male author
The author writes in a male orientated manner with most examples American, ie frat boys sterotypes and references to baseball and basketball as examples. His writing is inarticulate, he takes several pages and a chapter to explain a theory..and even then it is not clear until you get to the summary what he was on about. The majority of my class agree this book is long winded and not user friendly.(Harvard)The text is unclear and diagrams are inconsistent with the accompanying text not being applicable. The author does not write logically or sequentially dipping back and forth.

Completely void of any substance
Notes on review: My instructor was inept. The author admits at one point in chapter 12 that he assumes you have a competent instructor (I didn't). I've read every single chapter thrice. This book has some of the best exercises if I've ever seen in an economics textbook. It's just too bad that the chapters are insufficient for learning how to solve them. There wasn't a single chapter where I was able to read it and then proceed to solve the exercises. Likewise, the author is good at explanation concepts, but refuses for some reason to teach you how to use them. The chapter without exception never tells you the solution steps. As mentioned, the author implicitly assumes that your instructor will fill in the gaps (mine didn't). Because of that typically I spent 20-30 hours on every single topic, trying to guess the solution steps. Dr. Munoz-Garcia's slides are the only thing that saved me.
