This product is a great meal replacement shake flavor is great and easy mix

In some respects this product does help you lose weight, only after one attempt at this I felt sick and was put off food. This is 20 pound and it taste terrible. I have tried two different varieties of slim fast chocolate flavours, and a other chocolate replacement shakes and none of them tasted like this. I actually gave it away. It was a fake, over the top, sickly sweet taste and at no point did I believe this was chocolate flavoured and that I could finish it. I attempted the drink again the next day, only this time with milk and it was a little bit easier, but it was still awful and again threw it away. Would not recommend.

I can’t comment on whether it is effective yet for weight loss as I’ve only been using it a couple of days but for anyone contemplating buying it and worried about the taste here are my thoughts - the taste is super sweet, tastes like a milkshake. Super easy to drink no vile aftertaste etc. But if you are like my husband and haven’t got a sweet tooth this is not for you as it’s sickly sweet which I love but it’s not for everyone.

What happened? I started using this brand earlier this year and it was delicious. This latest batch is awful. Runny, barely tasting of chocolate, sickly, difficult to mix without lumps. I will have to compare this with my earlier packaging if I still have it to see if the blend has changed in some way. I don't think I will be buying it again, sadly.EDIT: I did actually email Protein World to ask if they had changed the recipe, but no reponse, unfortunately.

I cannot believe how disgusting this is. I had bought the banana and loved it, so thought this must be nice also being from the same company but I really don’t think it could be more revolting. It would be a complete waste of money but thankfully one of my 2 young children likes it (the other doesn’t!)

Great taste and quite filling so its a winner to help support weight loss. Got to exercise too, people still think they can drink this and weight will fall off! Not the case at all, I replace a meal with this and work out to keep fit.
