There great product however some of the squares are a different shade of color “ really noticeable in day light or cool light” & After following the instructions on the back and placing them correctly and after several months after installation “ notice I haven’t cleaned it using heavy fluids just, cleaning wipes” i began to notice some of the squares popping up for some reason “these are in my home office which only i access” so know i have to keep it that way rather then buying an entire new box , to conclude there alright for the price and size, but wish the adhesive was better and quality , color etc. I wouldn’t recommend placing these in a living room or a place where a lot of movement is being done or else it would be a waste of time and money.

Perfect for me as a landlord. They were thicker and had better glue than other discount vinyl tiles I had used in the past. 2 of the 45 tiles were slightly miscolored, kind of like you'd see when ink runs out in a printer. They still looked good, but the color didn't match the other 43 tiles exactly. One tile out of the 45 was gouged in the middle. I used that one for it's edges, so it wasn't wasted. I am still happy because all 45 tiles only cost me $25 with free shipping, so it was still a heck of a deal even with the few unusable tiles, and the quality of the glue is what really made me happy. They stuck really well.This is an update. I bought more of these to extend the tile in the kitchen into the living room of an RV. This time I bought 2 boxes. One of the boxes matched the tiles in the kitchen, and the other box was off color, with less reddish color to it and more brown. I had already done the middle of the living room and was set to do the edges when I discovered it. I ended up doing the edges with the unmatching tiles which made a border around the room and actually looked kind of cool, like I planned it.It had been about 2 years from my first purchase of tiles for the kitchen until this 2nd order. I rent out the trailer in my RV park, so the tiles had received lots of wear in that time and held up good. They did not look as glossy anymore and could do with a coat of mop and glow to help them match the new tiles better.The living room of the trailer had not perfectly level floors, with some slight sloping in places. This made the edges of some of the tiles not stick down well, so I bought some stronger glue for those edges, which fixed the problem. I've often seen it said that vinyl tiles are only for perfectly flat and level floors, but with some stronger glue on the edges that come up, you can still use vinyl tiles. I have one more suggestion for you. I clean floors with TSP to get any oils off the floor to help the tiles stick well, just like people do to walls before painting to help the paint stick better.

Not at all as pictured. Color is very gray (not warm rustic stone) and the tile is SO shiny. Worse than dollar store quality. Thinner and way cheaper looking than the vinyl tiles as HD & Lowes that are .89 sq ft. They also weren't packaged well and came scattered all over the shipping box. I returned them.

Nicer looking in person than it looks in the pictures. I received many complaints on it. I would definitely recommend it to anyone doing their floors. 5 star product.

The tile is very thin and color is too pale.

There was nothing wrong with the product itself, it was just the wrong shade of green. On line it looked like what I needed, but once it arrived, the shade was a lighter green than what I needed. Product arrived on time and the process of returning it was simple.

This is not the color I received. Bad business on return items. It cost me $32.00 dollar to buy, please $32.00 to return. You still have your money, but I don't have my product and I am out of $32.00. You make your money regardless of what. Big rip-off
