It's a silicone baking mat. What else is there to say? It performed admirably in keeping my pans crud free - any burnt stuff just slides right off, as does the food I've been making . So far I've made wings, ribs, and chocolate chip cookies on the mat, and each time clean up was a breeze compared to scouring the pan. I also like how it cuts down on my parchment paper use, especially since I hated trimming parchment paper to size as well (yeah, I know, I'm lazy).The bonus spatula - which is red for me, not orange as in the pic - is a nice bonus. It's a pretty small spatula, so it's not going to replace my bigger ones, but it's good for getting things out of smaller containers like peanut butter jars. Not a necessity, but useful to have all the same.

Having seen silicone mats on cooking shows, I decided to read up about them and whether they really are a great way to keep your pan clean as well as create a nice even cooking surface. Well, I've used them now to make a few things and can't say enough about them. Amazingly oil that comes off, such as when I cooked meatballs, just pools and its almost as if less oil escapes from the meat, leaving them tender, juicy and flavorful.I searched for the right mats based on reviews as well as the size of my baking sheets. I didnt want to cut any down or have to return them. These are the perfect size. And they simply wash off with a sponge and a small amount of dish soap.

These silicone baking mats are such a great set! I love that they come in a variety of sizes and the spatula included is very handy as well. I no longer have to be wasteful and use foil, and can save on not using oil as well. They are so convenient and very easy to wash and store as well. I also like the fact that I can use them in the freezer as well. An excellent kitchen tool that I would recommend to any baker!

I wait a while before giving reviews, some I don't give reviews at all, as it's just products for our business, but when something really stands out as being exceptional, I like to give credit where credit is due. My wife and I will continue to rave about these mats. They are fantastic. I don't get in trouble for those "baked on - caked on" cookie sheets anymore. So easy to clean, even I offer to do clean-up. HA ! No more scrubbing, soaking, using abrasive. No more foil or baking paper. Wife likes the fact that she can measure the pie crusts with the markings on the mats. She also mentioned that the spatula is an in-between size that she doesn't have in her massive collection of spatulas, that was a really nice bonus product with the mat set. It's sturdy and flexible. I did make the mistake of using a sharp knife on one. Don't do this....they are not meant to be cut on. We like the variety in size. We recommend this for every "foodie" out there. A++++ product !!

Fantastic product !! I will never have to buy parchment paper again. I've used these for almost a month now to roast veggies, bake cookies and also decorate chocolate items. Nothing seems to stick. They are so much easier to to clean than scrubbing baking sheets and pans. Instead of scrubbing pans, I can just rinse these in hot water and stand them up to dry. Very pleased with the purchase, and cost vs. parchment paper over the years, more than pays for itself. My own fault that I didn't read the fine print....the handy spatula came in blue instead of red, which is the decor of my kitchen. Overall, very thrilled with the product. Will be ordering one for my daughter for her birthday also.
