The product is as described. However, one of the pendants is noticeably shorter than the other, because the name is shorter. Would have been nice to have them the same size. Also, if you are going to use middle names, know that there will be no space between the first name and the middle name. Not sure how this will hold up, it is very lightweight.

I bought this for my sister in law and it looks great but it gets knots in the chain very easily. It showed up with one and I got that out and when she opened it on Christmas it had two knots. It was a little embarrassing
